Q: What is the length of the two power cords?

The length of heater rod to controller is 4.9 ft. The controller to power plug is 4.76 ft.

Q: My water is at 77.6° f and i have the ee code popping up. how do i either reset it or turn the error code off?

The instructions are clear in this. 1, the unit is broken (send it back). 2, the heating tube has water in it (send it back). I can only assume that QC at Hygger is severely lacking. I had to also return a unit. Those that I do have have been operating flawlessly for se very months. Other than the apparent QC difficulty I highly recommend the device. Indeed, the accuracy could be dropped down a notch. Have a great day, from Longenhagen’s Snail farm!

recourse? i saw a vdeo the other day where your supposed to get two heaters and run them together at 1 degree lower than the other. its on you to be prepared and i would rather spend 40 dollars on another heater than "thousands" on lost corals.

Could you please unplug the heater, wait for 30 minutes to cool down, then take it out and let it dry overnight? And restart it tomorrow. If that can't fix the issue, please contact us.
