Perfect fit.
Fit nicely. Push fit into the engine block by thumb and, with a little effort could be pulled back out of the block without using any tool. Beveled edge made it easy for them to 'Find' the corresponding holes in the cylinder head. The head gasket and head itself seated onto the block perfectly.

As described, worked as intended.
I needed front cover dowel pins for an Olds engine but none could be found. I'm sure I could have gone to a machine shop but it was just as easy to order these and try them considering the cost. Perfect fit, not quite as tall as I needed but they were advertised as cylinder head dowel pins, so I'd suggest they'd work perfectly there.
