Bought for the pain caused by chemotherapy (palmar-plantar) these work!!!!!!! My family member has been in so much pain and after wearing these for just 30 minutes a day says their feet are less painful.I sneaked a try on as I have an autoimmune disorder that causes periodical feet burn and pain - bliss 😍 I'm going to order my own pair.Easy to use as the gel cold packs are kept in the freezer. Obvious where they fit into the sock. We didn't need the straps but if your feet are small the straps can be used to reduce the size to accommodate.Wonderful & so simple yet effective.

I like everything about these socks. The ice packets go under the sole, over the heel and on the top of the foot. I use them twice a day, they give me the relief I've been looking for for my swollen feet. Obviously don't walk in them, as there's a risk of the ice packs exploding, not that it happened to me.

You know how you get some reviews that are headed up, "Reviewed In the UK on [date]" but you can tell by the spelling and grammar that it's highly unlikely they are UK reviews?I'm doing my bit in the UK to remedy this :-)Bought this after a very painful injury to the sole of my foot and after having tried a velcro wrap around type ice pack.This is SO much better. What a brilliant idea to create a sock that stays on your foot with no fiddly straps to ping apart etc.I was able to place the ice just where I needed it in the sleeve for the sole of my foot. Really helped with the swelling using it 2 or 3 times a day.Only improvement would be to have another slot on the top of the foot as that's where I also had swelling but appreciate that's probably specific to my injury.Overall, highly recommend and much better than wrap around, strappy compresses.

My wife has bad feet due to a health complain, they also swell in this heat. We bought the thermal socks to reduce the swelling, they seem well designed and clever, but. The lady takes a size six shoe, the socks were so tight and hard to get on, trying to put them on caused more pain. W gave up.

I have burning foot syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, & other nerve damage. At night the pain is off the charts & sleeping is a joke.Bought these after reading literally all the reviews. First night my feet were on fire but the relief putting these on was instantaneous.I was over the moon and managed to fall asleep swiftly which was previously unheard of.My only quarrel with these is that they don’t stay icy cold for long enough. It would ne nice to have spare gel packs so I could swap them over but honestly even for a short time these are amazing. Yes expensive but worth it just to have some night time relief..Yes I recommend you try these forget the price it really is worth it for the relief they give you.

These socks are amazing! I get cold chills to the bone on my feet and also overheating and this combats both! They take seconds to heat up in the microwave and if a part of your foot gets too hot you can take the gel pad out and leave the others in it’s bliss! I haven’t needed to use the straps (Women UK size 6.5) but if needed they are there. The gel packs are well made and look professional, they are nice to hold but do not walk in them or heat without following the instructions or they may rupture. 100% worth it, quality of life has definitely improved.

These work great, my partner uses them when he gets burning feet and they provide relief. He has size 10 (uk) feet that are very wide and they only just about fit.

I have pain in my foot and ankles and I bought the socks for cold therapy. The gel packs are very thin hence, when they are used in the socks they stay cold for about 5 minutes only, in comparison to a thicker gel wrap which I have used previously which remains cold for at least 30 minutes. It is a shame that the manufacturers have skimpt on the gel packs as the sock idea is useful.Update - changed this to a 4 star as the gel packs seemed to get colder as time went on so I was premature in my first review
