Runleader Digital Self Powered Wireless Hour Meter,Vibration Activated,Resettable Job Timer, User Lock shutdown for Generator Marine ATV Lawn Mower Motor(Blue)

I bought a 2nd one (Runleader Digital Self Powered Wireless Hour Meter), and installed it on my Bearcat String Brush cutter. I was worried about placement of this because this tool vibrates alot, gets pretty hot, has brush rubbing on it all the time (so it could get knocked off). I put it on the side of the engine cover plate. Seemed like the most out of the way place (I'll provide a photo, later). It worked fine. On a hot day I was using this for a couple hours and I was able to touch (with my hand) the Hour meter and the Engine cover plate without getting burned; guessing that was well below the 140F limit. I put 4hrs on the Hour meter which was pretty accurate.I'm about to buy a 3rd of these Hour meters to put on my log splitter (for tracking the maintenance).

I’ve been running these types of Hobbs meters for several years now I’ve had no problems. I’ve used both the wired and non-wired version with good results from various Amazon vendors.I have read other reviews they are not reliable, I have not had any problems yet,and if they crap out, It doesn’t cost that much to place.

Nice tool to keep a record of time of use. I use my on a high pressure air compressor. Overall Great, overtime my rating may raise to a full 5 stars. Time will tell.

I got this for my Umarex ReadyAir PCP air compressor to charge my airguns for keeping track of the 20 hour service schedule on the pump. I like the fact that you can turn the hour meter on and off, especially for transport. I have a diesel truck, and it shakes, rattles and rolls, and I don't need this to keep running when the compressor isn't -- it would be impractical.Very happy with it!

After careful review of wired (coil wrapped) and vibration sensing gauges, I chose to purchase the Runleader HM016B for my 2015 Husqvarna FC250 dirt bike. The meter includes a 3M tape backing and has holes/slots for additional zip-tie fasteners. Installation is simple: affix to the frame near the engine. Done! Operation is pretty straightforward as well: once tethered, the meter will track usage hours. Reviewing usage, total and trip, however, is not as easy and will require reading (and holding on to) the instructions printed on the cardboard back of the package. Like most single button gadgets nowadays, the user will need to be able to press and hold the button, wait three seconds then press again, etc. Not difficult, but a couple more buttons would have been a nice addition. Still, it comes down to price, and at this price point, the meter seems to be doing what its designed for. Time will tell if it holds up to water, mud, heat, braaps and growls from a European bike!

Bought two for both my dirt bikes. The first one I bought part of the numbers stopped working in the first week. The second one lasted 4 months or so and just died. Won't turn on at all. Also, when I transported my bikes, either in the bed of my truck or on a trailer, the hour meter will count that time. There is a lock feature but that's just one more thing to remember! You forget and then it counts that time transporting or you forget to unlock it an hour into riding and loose that time.

Works great for telling how many run hours are on our air compressor.

This is a great item, I put it on my 2016 450 but never calculated the hours I was riding. I sent the first one I purchased back and had amazon send me out another so hopefully this one will work. Its a great item you dont have to mess with wires or hooking up anything but if this one doesnt work I will have to resort to the wire mess.

I was warned that these wireless units are hit and miss but I was tying to avoid a wired model. I will be buying a wired one anyways. My guess is my generator does not vibrate enough to register on this meter. Yes it was functioning and yes I tried it on the high setting for sensitivity. Father-in-law tried it on his side by side and worked fine. If you have an old school type generator it might be ok but you are taking chances if you have a quite, smooth running inverter generator like mine.

Lo uso su beta rr300 in quanto la strumentazione originale fa pena e a volte non segna le ore. Per ora funziona bene, ne ho avuto uno simile qualche anno fa e spero che questo funzioni altrettanto.

Funktioniert einwandfrei ,und die Zeit stimmt auch wirklich

Keine Ahnung wie lange, aber nach Inbetriebnahme an einem Benzinmotor funktioniert die Zeiterfassung, ohne dass ich die Empfindlichkeit einstellen musste.Wenn der Motor läuft geht die Anzeige an und zeigt die abgelaufene Gesamtzeit.
