First off I was very skeptical that this item would catch knats much less than anything else. When I water my plants I do see knats from time to time but they’re not swarming by any means. Anyway I thought I’d place an order and see how they worked. I ordered the bright yellow because I know bugs are attracted to bright colors. What I was really hoping to catch was mosquitos because as many times as they’ve taken chunks out of me, I should weigh close to nothing! I placed a couple in my plants but had a great idea to stick some in the corners of my windows. We have a boxer dog and no doggie door so we have to let her in/out all day and no matter how quick you are, mosquitos & flies always get into the house and this year they’ve been bad. These are not gooey like fly paper but stick like packing tape and there is no mess involved. You just peel the paper off and place where you want. The triangular part does not have sticky on it. I stuck them on the window frame in the windows that the flies gravitate to. OMGOSH, I couldn’t believe the number of flies that it attracted and were stuck to the paper. I hate to admit, it made my heart happy, like super happy! The ones I had placed in my plants had a couple of knats on them within a few days. Overall I’m very pleased with this product, works great, price is great, products does what it says, I would buy again and highly recommend to others.2nd purchase because these sticky traps are GREAT in your windows!Now I’m placing some orders to give to friends and family who live all over the U.S. when stinking little tiny mosquitos got to California, it was on!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this option because it was affordable and seemed easy to use. These are VERY effective! The photos were taken less than a day after I put them in my plants. Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an amazing invention. No chemical. No scent. Gnats are so attracted by the bright yellow color. 2 years later, it is still working like charm. Since this product is not relying on the cent, this product can last for years, in my opinion. I can place it and forget it. Let it do the job for days, weeek, months..

They’re sticky and really helped with our gnat infestation. I hate that they’re plastic and wish there was a more sustainable solution though.Also, save yourselves the money and get the “beige”. They’re cheaper and the exact same color as the “yellow”. In the picture, the butterfly is supposed to be beige and the rest yellow lol

They definitely get the job done and are very cute! There's so many in the package and come for the cute little shovel and a little sticky trap holders in case you don't want to push them down in the dirt.

Very sticky! Definitely a must! They work! Definitely worth purchasing! Catches and kills them pesky annoying gnats and flies too! Just don’t put them too close to your plants leave room incase it’s windy so the plant doesn’t get stuck to the trap

I really love these sticky butterflies. I have been trying several things to get rid off the gnats from my indoor plants for a while And nothing worked, but these stickers started to attract them as soon as I placed them on the pots and around the house. They had only been up for 12 hours and I can see the difference. I recommend them if you have a problem with gnats. I’m not sure of other insects because I don’t have them, but the gnats from my plants are almost gone. Hopefully I get rid off them for sure.

I was desperately in need of something to take care of these darn fruit flies and gnats or my plants were going to have to go. I love my plants, but I abhor those obnoxious little flies! I figured I'd give these a try and they are freaking awesome! They work. The first day I was super disappointed to only see one fly caught. But the next day... wow! There were a bunch of little buggers on the yellow sticky! Yay! Far less tiny flies driving me crazy. And I love the accessories. The tiny shovel to make the perfect slot to plant the sticky stick, the cute silver holders to some outside of plants, little green stick holders to place some higher up, and ties to help too. And with the 100's that come in a pack, these should last through the season. I 100% recommend! Oh, and a full size fly even landed on one and got stuck. Note- don't swat at the flies with them... they will super stick to anything they touch. (I know that's probably a no brainer, but sometimes I'm the scarecrow.)
