People who are saying this doesn't fit are likely installing this incorrectly. The top "pin" on the outside door handle does not go through the deadbolt. It lies underneath the deadbolt mechanism. The deadbolt latch (inside) part has a pin that goes into the deadbolt and a hole to recieve the pin that lays underneath. Hope this helps someone who may think it doesn't fit. Works great, feels great, solidly made handle.

Really nice quality, heavy and feels like it will last.

Like many other commenters, i thought the handle was about a 1/2 inch shorter from the handle to the deadbolt than needed. This is NOT the case, keep pushing ahead and when you go to install the interior deadbolt handle there's a funny mechanism which has an 'out' prong and an 'in' hole, which slot in to add the extra half inch.

Easy to install with one exception. You must not think the deadbolt won’t fit. Follow the instructions step by step all the way through the install and the install will be a breeze.

Front door installation. Changing out older Kwikset of nearly the same style. I carefully measured the distance to the center holes as required. It is 5 1/2 inches. The problem is the top locking mechanism is offset downwards by appx 1 inch. is not in the center of the hole. Absolutely no way to install. Also the box it came in was fairly trashed. Probably by some other poor fool who experienced the same ignorant design.

Greta price on a great product, love the modern yet classic look. Our front door looks great. Super easy to install.

This handle is very nice looking and easy to install, with a minimally invasive installation process. The materials are all high quality, and I’ve had mine installed for several months now and it feels and looks exactly the same as when I got it out of the package. It was a replacement for a similar model of lower quality that broke due to regular use.

Es muy buena chapa, la descripción es correcta y la calidad se siente muy buena.

La instalamos hace algunos meses, pero apenas tenemos un par de semanas que la empezamos a usar.Desde el principio se sentía algo delicado el pestillo interior para cerrar y ahora simplemente dejó de funcionar, ponemos la llave y gira infinitamente sin abrir.Tiene buena apariencia, pero solamente eso. No duró absolutamente nada.
