Initial impressions are great!
Going to ski tomorrow, but trying these pants on, they feel great. Not too baggy. They fit well, just like any other pair of normal pants. But with just enough room to wear sweat pants to layer up. They slide right over the ski boots. And look great. They are on the thin side so they might not be very warm, but as long as I can still layer up, it's all good.Only suggestion I would have is maybe something to tighten on the bottom to mitigate any chance of snow going up my pant legs. But with how snug it is against the boot, that probably won't be an issue. While water will bead up, they're not completely water resistant. I poured water on them to test this out. The water mostly sheds off, but the material does hold a little moisture. But I think it's a good compromise between completely water proof and still breathable. Can't wait to try them out on the slopes.Edit: Just went skiing and these pants were great. After a few falls, they felt damp, but I don't think it ever soaked through. They were thin, but in combination with the athletic leggings I was also wearing, they were plenty warm at 12-26 degrees fahrenheit during the day. If it was below zero, you might have to start layering up underneath.

Just buy 'em!
I bought these on a whim. I was going to the beach for a few days this past winter and I knew I would be outside a good deal. It was cold and rainy the whole time and these pants were awesome! They lining of these pants kept me good and warm, while they also kept me dry. I would definitely recommend these. They fit well, they did the functionality and stretchabilit thing.

Insulated and blocks wind but not sufficient by itself to keep you warm on coldest day
I was looking for a lined pants for some additional warmth and the ability to block wind. This pant does the trick. For days below 30 degrees, I have to pair it with a compressed pant underneath. The zippers are ok. Zipping and un-zipping is not as smooth as I would like. Will see how they hold up in next couple of months. The area around the knee rubs a bit on the uncomfortable side at times. I also found the pants to be a bit long. Have to fold bottom when I am walking around in my slippers. For now, it is a good pant that I would not mind getting in another color.I purchased additional pants in different colors. The black and grey pants seem to be smaller in size than the green one. Not a lot smaller but maybe truer to size. They are really good daily pants during fall and winter days.

Amazing warmth
These pants are great for my winter bike commute. I ride roughly 8.5 to 10 miles in these twice a day and they keep my legs warm in the Kansas City icy cold weather. They also keep me very dry, easy to brush off the mud that kicks up from the rides, and have a nice bit of stretch so my legs don't feel locked in place or uncomfortable when riding. They also look pretty nice overall. Lots of pockets as well. My only mild complaint is that the pockets are too deep.Something else to mention is the material is pretty thick. I had to hang some Xmas lights so I was skirting around on my roof on my knees and butt along the grainy shingles and they barely scuffed my pants. Finally, I'm 5'11" and around 180 lbs, I bought the size 34s and they are a great fit. Honestly, if you're looking for some winter warmth that will keep you dry in the elements and looking good, you should get these for sure.

Warm, comfortable, looks good, and functional
Excellent for outdoors or work pants, especially when it is cool/cold. I like the loose fit -but not too loose. Good pockets with zipper closure. Easy to string a belt through the loops. Soft material that is not cold to the touch. The thread count is excellent. It fits good and looks good.

Great pants
I love these pants. I ended up buying six pairs in case they get discontinued. The lining is not very thick so I wouldn't wear them outside for a long time below freezing. Warmer than jeans for sure. I wear them in the office because I sit all day and get cold. I think they are fairly windproof. I wore them biking in 50 degrees and was comfortable. The fit is very nice hanging low on the waist like jeans. I bought size 34 but 33 would probably fit me better, but only even sizes available. I have big thighs and calves and they fit comfortably there. Of the six pairs I bought, only two came with the right size belt. The others had belts way too long.

Cold weather activewear
I do not recommend these for snowboarding or snow skiing where loose snow could get in your boots. There are no Gators to keep the snow out of your boots. The inseam is so long (approx. 34") they bulk up the inside of your own gaters. They are great for snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, and cold weather hiking without gaters or loose snow. The fit is for a large waisted person with slim legs not a slim wasted person with muscular legs. I'm a pant size 31 and I ordered size 32. They were very comfortable in the legs with room in the pockets but far too big in the waist. Definitely not the right combo for an athletic build: either the legs will be too tight or the waist will be too loose. I do not need to wear long underwear with these when walking in temperatures in the upper 20s/ low 30s. In windy conditions at these temperatures, you will want to wear long underwear and will not want them tight fitting. Since I wanted to wear them without long underwear, knowing what I know now, I would have gone down to a 30 and sacrificed the pocket roominess. I regret going up in size. The waistline will expand a little (stretchy fabric). The belt in way to long with a finished end so trimming is not practical. Very comfortable, water & stain repellent, fine toothed zippers, flexible, and overall 3 - 4 stars. They need to offer an athletic fit though.

Waterproof & comfortable
I got these for my job at the airport & they’re perfect. Super comfortable & seems quite durable. Side pocket fits my radio & zipper pockets ensure I won’t lose important things in my pockets.
