Good performance at a good price
This is a very nice cane. Nothing fancy - just a typical aluminum cane with a bent handle and a non-slip tip. The handle is nicely padded, and includes a wrist band. Light weight, but very sturdy.Although the description does not state so specifically, it is adjustable. It ranges from 28 inches to 39 inches from the base to the top of the handle (all measurements are plus/minus about a quarter inch). It uses a spring-loaded button that you push in, then adjust the cane height. There are a total of 12 adjustment holes, each spaced about one inch apart. This adjustment method does take some hand strength to do, but it is very sturdy - it's pretty much impossible for the button to slip out of the hole once it has been set. There's a locking ring that gives further assurance that the cane won't budge in height once set.A basic cane that does a good job at a great price (at least if you get it in black - some of the other colors are more expensive).

Great cane!
I've used Nova canes since 1996. They are very sturdy, easy to change the height on, have a nice cushion on the handle, resist scratches, and are designed for walking correctly. And that's why I gave them a whole 5 stars. Still, I have issues with the rubber tip on the bottom. In my opinion, they should put a sturdier rubber tip on the bottom. By that I mean: the diameter where the rubber tip touches the floor when you walk is not very wide and causes me to feel less stable. I usually buy extra tips that are wider at the bottom and replace the ones that come on the canes. My first cane (not Nova) had a plastic handle with no cushion. My hand developed callouses and hurt all the time. That was eliminated with the cushion on this cane.

Exactly what I was looking for...inexpensive and functional.
The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice cane for the price. I bought the one in all black...it has a nice cushioned handle with a strap. It was easy to adjust. I think it was a good deal for the price. Shot a video to show the cane and how to adjust it...Just a heads up...when I purchased this cane last week, it was under $9.00...so my review is based on that price. I see it is almost double the price today...and I'd still probably rate it the same...but I might consider other choices.I do think it's well made...however, I'm not using it for full weight bearing. I'm a pretty big guy..both tall and round..lol. But I'm using it just to steady myself walking the dog when I have a sciatica flare up. IF...you are a larger person...and will be using it to bear most of your weight...you might want to consider something a little sturdier...especially if you are tall and have the cane extended...if you are shorter the cane will probably feel much sturdier.Hope this helps some of you decide if this cane is right for you.

It's definitely a cane! Does what it's supposed to! Seems durable!
Had mine for months now and use it on a concrete walking trail a lot and the rubber foot has still yet to show any real wear. Very impressed with that! The metal is very durable, i'm a 250 pound man and it does just great with me! The foam on the handle is still great and I love the little wrist strap as I just slide it on over my wrist and keep from dropping it any time I have to use both hands for something...For the price i'm very impressed! This has been great for me for my back injury and after my open hernia surgery. I hadn't found much info online about hernia surgery patients using these but if you ever have open surgery with an incision as wide as a large hand, USE a cane for sure! The first few days are a living nightmare as you don't want to cough or laugh or anything... This cane made it to where I could more easily get up on my own and keep my balance and such.Would buy again!

Did the job required of it
It's not a purchase we look forward to making, but sometimes it is a necessary one. I fractured my left knee and required a brace and a cane to walk for a few weeks. A neighbor lent me a cane with the offset handle, and I found the style very comfortable and handy to use. I replaced the neighbor's loaner with this one, and was completely satisfied with the purchase. It is light weight, but sturdy. The offset handle with the grip allows you to hang the cane onto surfaces when you need to set it down and use both hands, for example at a table or counter top. Overall, I am very satisfied by this product.

Good value for a great cane
I like the adjustability to the right height for me, the strap to put around my wrist when I need to use both hands, and the rubber attachment at the bottom so that the cane makes good contact with the ground.

Great purchase!
I had to buy a cane because I had bilateral knee surgery. And I learned that it was more complicated than I thought. Finally after trying some in the market, I went online and read the Amazon reviews and decided on this one. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because I wasn’t going to be using it for a long period of time. And quite frankly I’m not sure that the added cost makes any difference in the quality of the cane. It’s worked very well and it was a great purchase.

very pleased
I've been using this cane for a few weeks. It's lightweight yet feels very sturdy. The foam handle is comfortable. The rubber foot is tough and feels secure on many surfaces. It's length adjusts easily. The wrist strap is good, too, so I can just let go of the cane to shake someone's hand (my left hand is mostly paralyzed and cannot grip). Great cane!
