I like the amazon price for this quality product.EASY to installJust push-in the tube going into your old filter and while holding the tubing in, press and hold in the plastic ring it plugs into. While holding in the little plastic port-ring, slide out the tubing.I am happy with the filtering and purifying capabilities of these filters and will purchase again!!

Home Master Tech Support & Product Quality is OUTSTANDING. I've owned a Home Master RO system since 2017 and LOVE IT. I've changed the filters on my own without issue. The YouTube videos are awesome. My support technician (John) was patient, thorough and walked me through some minor issues. My water production had become VERY low and I thought it was just time to replace my filters. Purchased filters through Amazon and watched Home Master videos to DIY. After replacing everything, still nearly no water. Purchased an RO membrane replacement from Amazon and still no water. I self-diagnosed a damaged Automatic Shut-off Valve, but called Tech Support to verify. I thought I'd have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes, but John answered right away. John walked me through diagnosing the Automatic Shut Off valve that was stuck "closed". (I was right!) This was Very Likely from me not SLOWLY opening the water valve when doing maintenance. Well, John provided me a replacement RO Shutoff valve for FREE! WHAT! Who does that anymore? Home Master is a great product and offers exceptional customer service. I STRONGLY Encourage anyone looking to purchase an RO system to buy Home Master. I rarely write reviews, but this was just too good to be true.

I bought this system for my hydroponics garden. My water, from the tap is horrible. The ppms are over 300 and the pH out of the tap is nearly 10! (9.7 most of the time). For my particular plants, the pH level for hydroponics should be around 5.8. I was using massive amounts of pH Down chemicals to try and stabilize my water. My plants were suffering and ny yields were low. I ordered the Tap Master system and have been very pleased so far. The unit is 90% assembled out of the box and the only thing I had to do before using it was to connect the appropriate connector for my set-up. In my case, I have a garden spigot to attach to so I used the included adapter to connect my filter to the spigot. After that, I mounted the thing on the wall (with the included mounting bracket) and I was ready to go in under 30 minutes. (Note: I have an open drain for the waste water so no plumbing was required in my case. Your mileage may vary.) In my case, my house water pressure is only barely at the minimum (44 psi), so water flow is rather slow, but the end product is worth the wait. To fill my 15 gallon reservoir takes approximately 4 hours, but the water is, well... perfect. After adding my nutrients to the water from the r/o filter, my reservoir pH was exactly 5.8. I am looking forward to a fresher, more bountiful harvest this season!I did have to call customer service because the usage of the quick connnectors in the unit just completely baffled me. The support person I spoke to was incredibly rude and his only attempt to help was to say (and I quote), "Well, they're all the same so if you can't figure one out, it's not going to get any easier." Finally, after several frustrating minutes, I got it, without any help from Customer Service. I really do hope nothing seriously goes wrong with the unit since I don't relish talking to them again. The bottom line is, I give the product 5-stars for ease of installation and initial performance. But I'm dinging them a star for Customer Service.

Like I said give it a good 15-20 gallons for it to get to the proper PH of around 9ph and TDS 15-30ppm.Nice part about the hydrogardener pro is that is has the KDF-85 pre catalyst filter for high iron well water or if you have high amounts of clear dissolved iron in your water, this filter can actually take it out in the next stage due to the KDF-85 pre catalyst filter altering its structure so it can be removed.Even the first couple times that you go to filter more water and haven’t filtered in a while say a week. Let it run for a couple gallons before you actually start collection so that the filters get properly soaked and make sure the PH is raised to around 9 with ppm 15-30. Otherwise the first couple gallons will be around a ph of 7.3 and up in the very very beginning so give it a little and give the beginning lower ph still good water to your plants or something and they’ll still love it. Just my 2 cents! And get a flow meter so you know when to replace at 2500 gallons!No canisters to sanitize just get new tubing (highly recommended changing out original tubing to AntiMicrobial tubing, very important long term because water sits within the systems tubing when not in use and cause or create bacteria that then contaminates your water from the 1st inline tube to as it leaves that last piece of tubing, super important and worth it) Just replace each section at a time w/ a similar length 3/8 or 1/4in tubing and you’ll have no issues getting it all replaced!

Awesome best money I spent in a long time

10gallons per hour, 1:1 waste as advertised (80psi incoming pressure). Water tastes great and comes out at 40ppm (less than 20ppm before the re-mineralization filter). Zero complaints.

Installation was a breeze.Works fine and strips out all dissolved solids. Makes a ton of water as claimed Shipping was quick.

Great product, had to buy a booster pump, the well pump at are farm house is only 32psi needs 40 to 100. With the booster it works great at 100psi. The plants love the water.

Will buy again!!!!
