Recently purchased a home with a shower that had the SR Sunrise shower system. Just wanted to replace the exterior parts, (Oxidized and hard water stained). Came across this company, and, the system is EXACTLY the same, parts interchangeable, and over 60% less. Cant speak for internal installation, but exterior parts are simple and work wonderful

This rain shower set was exactly what I needed for my newly remodeled bathroom. I can't speak for the installation as my plumber did the work. However, after a year, I realized my cold water was barely running. I went to the SunCleanse website, and through a chat with their customer service, we determined the problem was a faulty cartridge. They agreed to send me a new one at no cost. I didn't try to install it myself, but the plumber saw the part, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was done in about 10 minutes. I'm hopeful I won't have anymore issues, but it's good to know the customer service folks at SunCleanse are there to help.

It came very neatly in the box, looks very nice and good quality, easy to read instruction manual, waiting for our plumber to be ready to install, can’t wait to use it! It does not include any piping connecting the heads to the diverter switch, but that’s kinda nice because it leaves it open for placing it how you want it to go.

We love this shower system! We also love the excellent customer service we got when we had an issue.Installation was a little tricky. Shortly after installation it started leaking when turned off. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent two new parts to be replaced. We replace them yesterday and the leak has stopped.We love the water distribution during showers from overhead and also the option of using the handheld feature. The overhead shower feels soothing with just the right pressure of water. We haven't gotten a water bill yet after putting this in so I'll be interested to see how that changes.The product arrived packaged with the individual parts in white linen bags in the box! I've never seen such beautiful packaging to be honest.We spent a little more on this system then we had intended... and even having had an issue with it we are very happy with the product (and definitely with their customer service for making everything right for us.)

First the positive. It looks amazing and the shower heads are great. Unfortunately, it started leaking after the second use. Randomly throughout the day it will the main shower head will start leaking out of several water holes. To get it to stop, I have to turn the shower on and let it run for several seconds and then firmly shut off the valve. Of course it is too late to return. Even if it wasn't too late, the valve is now concealed behind a $7K tile job. I'm not sure what to do with it. I wish I wouldn't have "saved money" by buying an unproven brand.
