My large koi loved this!
I purchased this because of my 26” koi fish. Before I had to transport her in a large blanket, which was very stressful to the koi. She wriggled and fought to get out of the blanket. But with this koi sock, she floated into it and we simply carried her from the temporary pond back into the pond. There was no fighting or wriggling. Would highly recommend this product for your large koi.

safe transport for koi but inconvenient
I bought this to help transport my Koi during pond cleaning season. It helps reduce stress to the fish and is safer than any other type of net. My only issue with this Koi sock is that once you get the Koi, there is so much water in the net that it is extremely heavy and feels like it is going to rip off the frame. I wish the sock was a little bit shorter and held less water so that it wasn’t so heavy to lift and transport . Overall a decent product for the price .

Second one is good
The first net arrived unusable due to a manufacturing defect where the net attaches to the frame. This should have been easily caught by anyone doing even the crudest quality control. I immediately requested a replacement, which arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. This is my second net of this design, so I fully expect this net to work well.

Disappointed with purchase
The metal pole was to wide for the plastic attachment. Then the return shipping is not enough to send it back. Sent email about product no response.

Safe and effective
Easy to use but you need to get the air out prior to catching koi. The blue fabric is water tight and if you don't submerge the net to get the air out its useless. Overall very scale safe for koi. Once caught you need to drain the water from the net also as once again the blue fabric hols water.
