To me it was like regular GLU.
This is not for me.It made stomach upset and sour.And Have some swelling on the face.

I'm optimistic, no nausea!
Despite a healthy diet and lots of yoga, my genetics are catching up with my joints. Arthritis runs in my family, and when I asked my dad if he took anything that helped, he said a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement. Well, I've tried a couple now and they make me feel super nauseated. I had to stop taking them so I don't know if they would have worked or not. When I had a chance to try this Jarrow supplement, I was hopeful. I know Jarrow is a good brand, they actually make my favorite probiotic. Anyway, this one does not have the nasty nausea side affect, yay! Maybe because it's 4 pills per day so it's broken up? I don't know. But I do feel like my neck pain is slowly improving. I'll finally be able to finish a bottle!

Didn't feel much effect
The older members of our household suffer from arthritis. I had read about chondroitin/glucosamine supplements and that some people had found they helped with arthritis pain, so I asked one sufferer to try these tablets. I regret to say that after three weeks, the person who was trying these tablets didn't really feel like they made much of a difference in her joint pain.I'm not giving these tablets a low rating because I believe the people who say this has helped them; I'm not giving these tablets a high rating, either, because they didn't work for us. I know that some remedies work for some people and not others -- I just wish these had worked in our home as we'd love to have a better solution to arthritis pain.

Seems to help with arthritic ails and occasional joint pains.
I have been taking many supplements for my joints in my past - some of which included choondroitin and glucosamine. I am happy to know that this particular supplement from Jarrow encompasses both chondroitin and glucosamine. Moreover, this is vegan sourced - so that is a big plus for me.I have not experienced any stomach issues, allergies, or any kinds of problems. Swallowing these is easy for me. It does take time for chondroitin and glucosamine to work; it has been over 2 weeks, and I have to admit that I am feelings some arthritic and joint relief.Worth a try. Thank you.

High Quality Vegan Supplement
If you're a vegetarian or vegan, you know that most joint supplements are sourced from animals. It's somewhat hard to find a high quality vegan joint supplement. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try this product. I'm familiar with the brand and trust their quality standards. The pills are average size and easy to swallow. Better Price, No Upset Stomach
I tried this right away due to arthritis and sore joints, so far no ill effects such as is the norm for nearly every other chondroiton product I've tried, which upsets my stomach, except for the one which was $65 a month.At just over $28, this is doable.I will update the rating at the end of the month after using it for the full month with the final determination if it is as effective as my more expensive brand.
