Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner Attachment, 3200 PSI Rating (2-(Pack))

The product came to me defective from the manufacturer. The plastic casing was out of round, therefore, the pressure washer arm could not swing 360 degrees. When I called the manufacturer to make a warranty claim, they indicated that in order for the product to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, I must first purchase a Karcher pressure washer. Yes, you read that correctly. The warranty on this product is void unless you purchase one of their pressure washers. When I explained that the attachment was never used they indicated it was irrelevant, because I did not own one of their pressure washers. Not sure what type of warranty requires that you purchase one of their other products for several thousand dollars before honoring the warranty on a $50 item. Certainly calls into question the integrity of the company to stand behind their product. Definitely do not buy Karcher as their customer service is non-existent.

If you’re looking for a consumer grade surface cleaner, this is the one you want.All the other makes I have tried are the same, in that they use Teflon washers in place of bearings in the central “hub”. These wear out quickly and can’t be replaced.This in the only model that actually uses bearings that I’ve found in this price range.Bearings are 17x35x10 mm. About $5 on Amazon.Well made. Does the job. Since parts can actually be replaced, isn’t disposable like the big box versions

This product has plenty of good reviews. I was excited to received it. Hooked it up to the power washer easily. For the first 5 minutes it did clean as advertised. Then pressure went down significantly. I looked for kinks on the hose. None. Put back my 40-deg nozzle, it worked just fine. Put this Karcher back, and again no pressure. Quick look at the intake and sprayer holes, I couldn't find anything wrong with them. I wasn't about to spend time to analyze it...I went to a local store and got me Surface Maxx professional. Yes, it is more than twice the price, but for the next 4 hours and 2 driveways and patios later, the thing just worked! It would have taken me a whole weekend instead of just half a day to do those two driveways....So, no to Karcher...!

While it was working it was doing an amazing job. Ran it for about 15 minutes on the driveway taking off a lot of grime with ease. It won't remove hard moss easily though.It was the 3rd time starting it up that I got a bit more wobbles at the head than before. Turned on the water, the nozzle shook and the tip of the hose popped right out of the plastic shell.What happened was as the cover was rotating with the motions, that loosened the plastic nut on the bottom nozzle that attaches it to the cover. When the head shook, the metal spray want underneath could oscillate and eventually hit the ground. As such, the spray wand snapped off, plastic nut fell off allowing the nozzle to shoot off the cover. The threaded brass piece between the rotating head and the inlet is what snapped. Hopefully it can be fixed under their warranty... If they'll honor it.Good spray idea, poor execution with cheaper materials. Needs a redesign for retaining the nut to the nozzle.

I wish to file an appeal. I am aware that I have a return timing issue. Please know that I was unable to test The Karcher unit in a timely manner due to poor weather including the effects of two hurricanes affecting Aiken, SC. The Karcher unit does not perform as advertised. It leaves large swaths of mold/dirt on cement surfaces and therefore is totally useless to me. I can provide a digital photograph of its inferior performance if someone will provide a text number or email address where it van be sent. This product is really inferior and should be taken off the market.

I have had a Karcher 2400 psi 5 hp gas power washer for 20 years and the machine is a gem. It starts easily and runs great. I have used it for countless hours over the years. HOWEVER... two months ago I purchased a Karcher 15-inch hard surface cleaning attachment to go with it. I had hoped the attachment would make the springtime job of cleaning my decks and driveway easier. But I found that the Karcher attachment does not work with my Karcher pressure washer. The literature says that the attachment will work with any pressure washer up to 3200 psi. Not true. Apparently, this Karcher attachment is not compatible with Karcher pressure washers that are older than 10 years. Nowhere in the Karcher literature for their surface cleaner is this fact presented. When I called Karcher customer service, I was told that there is no resolution to this problem and that I am simply out of luck.... and out $60 because I made the purchase two months ago. Karcher should be liable for not making clear a disclaimer that their Karcher attachment won't work withtheir Karcher pressure washer. Be careful.

I had previously owned a different brand/make and it died after 3 years of use. This Karcher one stopped working in less than an hour of use. I had to constantly tighten the plastic lock nuts as the vibration was horrible. Then one of the two outlets stopped spraying. Also they do not put in any protection screen on the inflow valve like all the other professional ones do. Save yourself the headache and buy the Homelite EZClean. that one worked way better and I plan on replacing this Karcher with one as soon as possible. This was a total waste of $59!

I received the unit and when I hooked it up to my pressure washer, it didn't work at all. All my other attachments worked fine. I tried it on my neighbor's pressure washer with the same results, so I returned it for a replacement. When the replacement unit got here, it worked for about 3 hours. The next day I hooked up again and it didn't work any longer (like the first one the pressure washer worked fine, but could get no flow through the attachment). I returned this one also, but requested a refund rather than a replacement.
