E92 M3 runs like butter
Switched from Liqui Moli which was super noisy at startup. No more noise on cold start ups and runs butter smooth. Makes the butt dyno feels good. Overall a solid oil and would highly recommend.E92 M3

Was a Royal Purple user until I tried Redline
I will admit I was a user of Royal Purple for years until I tried Redline. Redline made my 02 chevy avalanche run smoother and quieter and might have even picked a couple of more miles per gallon since I changed to this oil. It's more expensive but I think it's worth it in the long run. I used to change my oil at every 3-4 k with royal purple. I am going to try every 5k with redline and see how it does. Awesome performance also out of my 5.3 vortec. Loving this oil so far!

Good stuff
I've been using this in my track car for years (over 100 hours of road courses, and at least that many autocrosses). Never had a problem, maintains viscosity with very little blow by in the catch cans. Would seriously recommend.

5w50 HTHS rating is 5.0 @ 150°C... you're welcome
if you've been putting ranch dressing in your e39 m5 like me, please stop. use this 5w50 instead. I've heard this oil was made from a person named Ester so I gave it a shot. Ester's oil really smoothed out the engine...runs quieter because it's muffled by esters...in the oil. way better than ranch dressing I must thank my mechanic and riding buddy for saving my bmw. try ester oil it's like 10 bucks more than the cracked group 3 you've been using that's been gorged with viscosity index upperers... erers...improvers.

Perfect for Racing
I use this oil exclusively in my Shelby GT500 pushing 1,000 HP. It is amazing oil and I'll continue to use it.

Run this in my ATVs/SXSs
I use Redline 5W-50 in my Polaris Sportsman XP 1000 and Sportsman 570 Utility, along with our new Polaris RZR Pro XP. The #1 mistake people make with these engines is infrequent oil changes. It's one thing if you just cruise around the neighborhood, but we run our stuff hard and mostly through the summer months in southern Missouri. It's hot (90+F), dusty, muddy and very rocky terrain. The majority of hours you'll put on these machines are at high RPMs (5,000RPM+) due to them having a CVT rather than a normal automatic transmission, so running them this hard when it's that hot out will wear down your oil quicker. Redline is by far the best oil you can use for these high RPM, heavy use situations. The anitwear additive package is far superior to any other oil out there.I do also add in about half a quart of Lucas Synthetic Oil Stabilizer with each oil change - doing that eliminates any consumption of oil where during those hot months they would occasionally burn some oil and we would have to top off. The oil stabilizer also extends the life of your oil (stays cleaner considerably longer) however I still do change the oil once or twice a year regardless. As an aside, I run Redline 5W-30 along with Lucas in my Ram 1500 5.7 which is used heavily for towing and I have the same great results. Cleaner oil, no oil consumption, high oil pressure etc. I run Redline 0W-20 in my wife's Jeep Wrangler as well.
