The grey frame is made of wood & looks in person just as nice as it does online. I was surprised at how nice it looks. I wish they were sold as singles because I only needed 1 but since the frame looks so nice, I printed a picture of a friend in black & white, framed it & gifted it to her with a bottle of wine, & a few other goodies in a gift basket. It was well received.The frame comes with a crisp, white insert which makes the frame versatile to accommodate a 4x6 or when removed, will fit a 5x7. Very nice frame & the glass is crisp & clear. I'd definitely buy from this brand again for a similar product. I only wish they had more frame color options.

This came up under "shadowbox," and I ordered the set thinking that's what they were. Frames are very pretty, and so, with QUITE A BIT of trouble and some further expense, I converted them to shadow boxes that are exactly the size and depth that I needed. Giving it a 4 because it came up under "shadowbox," which it is not. As picture frames, they are very pretty as well as very affordable!

I am in love with these frames, whatever size and whether individual or hinged. They're well made and have such a sweet clean look. Lovely. I'm just a little mad at myself for forgetting, when placing a second order, to use the coupon they sent with my first frames. But the frames are so nice, I almost don't care!

I use shadow box frames for my art studio and have purchased dozens of different types. This frame, while beautiful and well made, is not a true shadow box in that you cannot add thick items like a regular shadow box. This is basically a regular frame that’s inset from the front. The glass is also inset, and on other frames the glass is at the front, allowing you to add items behind the glass. Very pretty, flat photos look great, but I was not able to use it. (The 3rd picture is not of thus frame — it’s a typical shadow box.)

Love, love, love these frames! Perfect for the shelf I'll put them on. I love how the pictures are deep set in the frame giving it an almost picture box look. The frame is thick which makes it look more expensive. I will definitely buy more and highly recommend.

We have these frames holding botanical prints in our newly renovated bathroom and they couldn't be a better fit. Just be aware that the 4"x6" is the exact size of the picture that will fit the frame, but if you have an image that is a full 4"x6", the edges will be covered. If your image has a margin on all four sides that can be covered without loss, it is fine.

Very pretty, i bought two, one as a gift and one for myself. The 3D shadowbox effect is very good, frame looks like real wood and grey is the universal 'in' color these days.

I like these frames, and had to purchase them quickly for a last minute gift. However, if I had a little more time I could have easily found something at Walmart or Target what was comparable for cheaper. However, the quality and style of the frames is exactly what I was looking for.

received this late last night, only to open it this morning to find the glass broken in one of the frames. very disappointed. The one I can use looks nice. I was surprised because I felt it had been quite well packed, perhaps it might be a good idea to use perspex instead of glass.

Sind zwar nicht ganz billig, aber ihren Preis wert. Ein Aufsteller ist auf der Rückseite auch angebracht, so daß sie auf einer Anrichte auch eine gute Figur machen.
