Items brand new and perfect. No problems over the moon with it. All codes worked and everything was included.People are complaining about resealed boxes I think they've been opened to put the codes and games inside. Definitely not been used before.Thank you.

Excellent Xbox. Box seal was open but everything inside was perfect. All codes provided work fine. Don’t be put off by people reporting the box seal to be broken/open, think they probably just remove something before sending (paperwork or something)

Not brand new or does it come with the bundle or Live pass.

Similarly to a lot of people, I was initially sceptical at purchasing this product after reading all of the reviews regarding the box being ‘tampered with’ and the games not being included with the console. However I though my I’d chance it for the then low price because I’m nothing, if not frugal. The package arrived next day, the cellophane tabs had been cut and re-sealed like I suspected they might be, but all the contents were there and brand new. The game included as it is a digital download - not sure other people who bought this can get their head round the idea that games don’t have to come in a plastic case and disc anymore. I have set up the Xbox and transferred all of my data over, its works perfect and I haven’t had any issues with the console after many hours of gaming over the holidays. If this product goes back down to the low price I purchased it for just after Christmas, I would thoroughly recommend picking one up if you’re in the market for a new Xbox One

Updated...After receiving an already open box and one code i have wired it up and can now say its a good buy. Regardless of an open box everything was there and the code is for both Forza AND lego add on. Box was open but everything seemed untouched and packed properly. Dont let the comments about an open box put you off as it nearly did with me but honestly no regrets purchasing this product. Would of gave 5 stars if box was not open. Noticed alot of comments about games missing but there is just codes and not a physical game in the box anyway. Sont think people looked properly as it is hidden in a thin piece of white card insert. One code for BOTH games as one is an add on and not a seperate game. Maybe the box was was opened due to coming into the country through customs?? (possibly) Mine is working how it should but noticed comments about game taking ages to download which is down to personal wifi signal only, mine downloaded very quickly as all games i have downloaded on it has. This product has nothing wrong with it at all regardless if negarive comments which almost put me off but im.very happy with my purchase.

While the console was brand new the packaging had been opened and reseated a few times. After some digging I found out this is because the redeem codes for the game that comes with this console had expired as they are only valid for 3 months once activated and they are activated before someone purchases the console, this means that the console has been sat for a while and the codes have expired so in order to honour the product contents they open the package and place fresh codes in. This process is repeated until the console is sold. So anyone who has claimed in a review that there console isn’t new that’s not true, it is, it’s just the game codes may have been replaced a few times.

DO NOT BUY from Amazon.I suspect that they’re re-selling returned orders under the guise of being brand new.The box had its stickers cut off, the controller had fingerprints on the bumpers, and the codes for Forza and Xbox live had been redeemed already.I contacted Amazon and they issued a replacement order. It just arrived today and what do I find? An even worse condition box and NO CONTROLLER!!! It’s just the console and it’s wires!Contacted them again and now they’ll be doing an “investigation”. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a used Xbox I just paid full price for!
