One of the better quality books on Amazon, exactly as described and as shown in the picture. Clear printing and binding is strong, with the clips on top presenting loose paper in use. Arrived before the expected date. Will definitely buy from this seller going forward.RECOMMENDED for sure!

Good buy
Look how small it can easily fit in any of my bags or even my pocket. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was because I wish it had from and to options for the date eg rent paid from yyyy to xxxx. Otherwise I totally love it

Its quite flimsy
Remember to put a pice of paper between the one (plus copy) yoou are writing and the net as your writing travels through the book.It's ok
