Amazing! Heel pain relieved!
I have had significant and progressively worsening heel pain for about four years. I had tried the more expensive Dr. Scholl's insoles that you buy using the machine but they didn't fully alleviate the pain, and over time, it began to get worse. Eventually, I was having heel pain at the outside back of my heel and the outside front of the ball of my foot. My podiatrist diagnosed plantar fasciitis as well as misaligned gait due to the fact that my left leg is shorter than the right. I was to be fitted for custom orthotics, but not before a long eight weeks of pain meds, exercises and adjustments for the benefit of my insurance company to rule out everything before they would pay for an MRI to get a reasonable diagnosis. The gait issue was also suspected to be causing a bad back spasm I would get when the heel pain was active. I ran out of patience during the insurance "vetting" process and, in significant pain, went looking for a non-custom orthotic insole that might aid with plantar fasciitis. After a lot of review-reading, I decided to take a chance on the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx orthotics. I have used a single pair every day for about a month (10-11 hours a day) now, and the difference is like night and day. I have not had the heel or ball of foot pain since wearing these. I have not had any evidence of the wear issues that others have described as occurring "after a short time." I'm now wondering how my custom orthotics, which have yet to arrive, can be any better than these. The arch support is very high, which I need, and is better than any other insole I have ever used. There are a few things you should know, though:1) these insoles have significantly less "give" than others I have worn;2) these work best in shoes that offer the ability to remove the shoe's owninsole; otherwise, it can be a tight fit for the top of the foot;3) while I have found these to work best in dress shoes, they will work in my sport shoes, provided the sport shoes have lift-out insoles; but I have not yet found a pair of boat shoes that they fit into comfortably, because they are just a little thicker than boat shoes give room for.I can't say enough good things about these. They have really changed my life.

Good Value and Good Comfort
I've tried most of the brands of orthotics, and these tend to be my favorites. The price is good, and the quality is good too. I personally wish the were just a hare higher in the arch and maybe a bit stiffer. The padding is great, leading to good comfort overall. (I weigh about 215 lbs.)

Comfortable
Very comfortable and has helped with a bone spur on the top of my husbands foot by giving his foot support. Also was recommended by his podiatrist.

Works Decent for Some
I have semi flat feet so I was recommended these by my podiatrist. I run about 3-5 miles a day and my feet tend to hurt after the first 2. I tried these in my Hokas and they worked alright. My feet still hurt but they hurt less with the inserts. These seem to work REALLY well for walking long distances. When it comes to long distance running, I found them to be a bit lacking. Not very cushioned but overall a decent price for those who can’t stand factory inserts.
