Where would I do without this product? I used it with Gaia herbs vitex and a 3 mil nugget from Solgar and it had totally vanished my hot flashes and night sweats. My brain fog has disappeared. I drink it in my coffee daily and I have energy for the entire day. I take my vitex first thing in the morning and follow with my coffee. No more peri menopausal symptoms and I now have regular periods. I started with the small bottle and got the large after. I will use this brand for as long as they have it. I searched the web and found that this brand came highly recommend for its purity. I never give this lengthy of a reviewed but these products gave me back my peace and sanity

I LOVE this product. This is my second bottle. Takes me about a year to go through one. It's the only reason I'm not edgy and anxious and have energy. My adrenals were zapped years ago. This is a natural, non-habit-forming way to bring them back. And, it's not like caffeine that is bad for the adrenals because they become dependent. It's actually good and helps them heal. I'd recommend this for anyone who has low energy or anxiety. I take VERY little. Probably less than 1/8 of a teaspoon. I react strongly to herbals and drugs, so a little goes a long way for me. Try a very small amount if you've never tried it before. You'll know when it's too much. It can cause diarrhea, anxiety and sleeplessness and acne at too high an intake. Be careful till you know your threshold. I've researched this company well. This is a high-quality product.

I've tried several maca products. All have worked fairly well, but this brand is my favorite. Because of this being concentrated, I only have to take 3 of the capsules that I make with the powder. Other brands, I need to take 10 capsules. Even though this powder is more expensive than the other brands, the price evens out because I don't have to take as much (nor do I have to make as many capsules). This controls my hot flashes and night sweats wonderfully. I actually got to the point that I wasn't experiencing any peri-menopause symptoms, so I stopped taking the maca for a while. Hubby was the first to notice the difference in me-moodiness and easily argumentative. A few hot flashes later, I was ordering this product again. My symptoms are gone again after starting the maca once more.

I grind my coffee every day and add 1/2 Tsp of Maca to the 12 cup pot. Seems to work well for me.

I noticed results very quickly and surprisingly with my energy levels, libido, hormone balance, even helps with stress that changes your hormonal balance. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from pre or post menopause symptoms and any hormonal problems. I also noticed it helps my sleep patterns. It lasts a long time since you only take less than a teaspoonful per serving of this Maca powder. Try it, you'll like it.

I tried 4-5 brands of raw maca before giving Royal Maca a try. I will never go back to other brands. EVER!! While the raw maca gave some relief, I only saw significant differences when I started using Royal Maca (pre-cooked) from Whole World Botanicals. I have been using for female issues and hormonal balance since 2003. I have seen major improvement managing symptoms and balancing hormones I take for 6 days and take one day off. (recommended by company) I also took a few more days off in a row recently since I have been taking it for years and that also helpful. I also had to taper down on how much I take each day as well--which is good sign. (everyone is different) Sign taking to much: irritable as all get out!!

I've been using this product daily for around a month now and am finding a greater feeling of overall wellness. Throughout the day my body feels like its utilizing the food I'm eating. Also, I wasn't using it for this reason but have definitely seen an increase in libido for both my wife and I. Love this product and will continue to buy and use it!

This product has really helped with hot flashes, I've been using it for 5+ years during my perimenopause years. I definitely recommend this product.
