I purchased this and their neck traction pillow, and I love them. I have chronic neck pain with awful headaches. I am trying to lay on these for 15 each day, but some days I just don’t get to it. I feel a good deal better on days that I’ve used it. I started in a t shirt, but now I just wear a super thin camisole. It is very pokey for the first minute or two, but I just wait it out and then it feels totally fine. I probably wouldn’t have decided to get this if it were not for needing to spend down my FSA at the end of the year, but now I am so glad I found this! Highly recommend.

Don’t spend the money . This mat does not help and you might as well just lay on a stucco wall . This item cannot be return or exchanged just don’t waste your time .

Great quality but I returned it because it was not doing what I wanted it to — fix my upper back/neck pain. It did it temporarily by distracting me from the pain with the pain and sensation of the spikes digging into my flesh (a sensation that after a while would become relaxing) but afterwards my neck / back pain would just remain. Sure maybe if I was consistent with it it would make it go away but I doubt that. This is meant to help someone relax and maybe increase blood flow which are both important and helpful in many cases but in my case I think the issue I wanted this for requires something much stronger / different.

So it took a little bit to get used to, for reference I'm 145lbs 5'5". You can add more pressure by bending your knees or just lay flat and enjoy the moment. This has been great for meditating, listening to music to unwind, etc. I had on an eye mask and was listening to music and I fell asleep on it for about 20 minutes! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I'm bummed that the coconut color is the only option that doesn't include a pillow. I was so excited to give this a try that I just chose a color I liked and assumed all of them had pillows. Except for coconut, so beware.

I was kinda nervous about how sharp feeling the acupressure flowers were going to be but WOW this mat is awesome! Feels great on my back, shoulders and neck after a long day at work. I’m on my feet all day and this has been a great pain relieving exercise at the end of the day! I got another one for a friend and can’t wait for them to try it!

Gives good comfort and helps relaxing/removing back pain. For the double price without pillow(I wouldnt mind if slight vary in price but its exactly double), I am giving 3 stars. Also, I have another set that my wife use from different manufacturer(includes pillow as well for exactly half rate and covered under FSA) . I have same feeling and nothing different + this set doesn't comes with pillow.

It is smaller than what I expected. And it worked very well. Not that painful once you get used to it and your back will turn red for sure. I feel my sleep quality is better after using it for 15-20 minute a day.I bought this instead of the popular set with the pillow for its aethesic color pallette.

I didn’t realize you could not return this item. A customer should be able to test this out. The spikes are very sharp and are plastic. I’d prefer a natural material if I’m getting poked because the issues occurring with microplastics. I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase from this brand again.
