Excellent product, gives good support for the ligaments injured on the knee. The ice pack is above average, doesn't freeze as such, only solidifies to some extent. But it does the job. Freeze it for a few hrs and you're good to go for a an hr of cold fermentation. A word of suggestion, don't put your knee under hot fermentation if your ligament / tissue is torn, don't massage it..it will permanently damage the leg.The best part of the product is that the gel pad can be taken out and you can put another one untill the original one freezes... Material of the brace is good, must buy..

Very quick response by the seller.Updating my review from 2star to 4star for quick service.Initial:The pad is leaking after 20 days of purchase. I used it as cold ice pack.So, Think Before investing. So rating 2. 1 for ease and 1 for comfort.
