Programmable!
The two keys are programmable. You can go to Ace hardware and get both cut for about 4 dollars. You can’t really program the key by yourself but you can get a locksmith and it cost me $150 to program two keys. You are still saving money on keys but ofc it won’t be extremely cheap. The key feels durable and very smooth to the touch. I would do it again if I had to but it’s wasn’t as easy to program as originally thought so if you think you can program it yourself. You probably can’t. The issue is usually the absence of the security chip but all in all it’s a good key and it easily fit into my ignition.

Worked beautifully
I bought these keys and programmed them myself for a Toyota Corolla 2013. I found out the hard way that new keys must have the same symbol (G, H or a dot) visible on the blade as your original key, or you can't program the remote and it won't start the car. Another vendor might say "compatible with G-chip", but only the symbol on the blade matters. Make sure the key can be programmed before you have a locksmith cut the blade.Keys require two programming phases, "transponder" (so it will start the car) and "remote" (so the buttons will lock/unlock the doors). You can do remote programming on most cars for free using the original key and opening/closing the driver door. Watch a Youtube video for your model and year. But the transponder programming requires a device to put the car into transponder programming mode. They can be bought for about $40.DIY with these keys saved me $100's. Don't take it to a dealer, they are a rip off.

One Good Key, One Bad.
So for the most part the reviews are right on! Only acception is that these are not self programmable. You will need to call and automotive locksmith out to program and cut the keys for you! One key came with a good chip and the other had a bad chip in it as I noticed another buyer had the same problem. It was a time consuming fix but the locksmith was able to pull the bad chip with needle nose pliers and insert a working chip. All in all, I did save a lot of money by not going to the dealership! Thank God for that! Just know what you are buying and in the end it should work out if you go through the processes I did! Hopefully you have access to the computer or an automotive locksmith in your area.

These keys worked perfectly for my 2013 Corolla!
My wife went to our local stealership and they wanted $358 to make one extra key for our Toyota! I paid less than $40 for the pair of keysoff Amazon, took them up to the local auto parts store and they cut both keys for free.I then use my car code scanner to mate the chips to my car and they work perfectly.I LOVE STICKING IT TO MY DEALER SHIP and saving tons of cash! You have to have some skills to do exactly what I did here, but you could save the price of the keys compared to the dealership. At least help your wallet that much!

Great keys
Works very well with 2012 Toyota Corolla. Had to replace my only original key that has been broken apart. Went ahead and ordered two keys so I could have a spare.MAKE SURE that the letter on your original key matches the new one before you order it! In this case, mine was G so I ordered two new keys with G on it. Otherwise, it will not work with your car.Got both keyed by locksmith which unfortunately he couldn't program. Found a mechanic that could program the remote.A lot cheaper than buying and/or getting it done at a dealership!

Great Product, Fantastic Price
Needed two transponder keys for a recently purchased 2011 Corolla which only came with one key from the buyer. Dealer prices on these things are crazy. Started shopping Amazon and came across this product; reviews looked good and certainly worth a risk of only $35. Ordered them. In the meantime, I shopped for someone to cut and program them. Checked with various local locksmiths and their prices were insane, one at $300 even approached the Toyota Stealership. Came across some reviews for Batteries Plus Bulbs and thought their price of $50 each must have been a typo. Received my keys from Keyless2GO and went to BPB. They cut and programmed both keys for me. I was thrilled, thinking it was a great deal that I'd be paying $100. However, they had a BOGO deal going on and it only cost me $50 for each key. So, out the door, I only had invested $85 for two cut, programmed keys. Deal of the century! I recommend both the key vendor and BPB.

Not programable to start car even by Toyota dealership. Wasted money in my case.
Site gave green light saying it fit my model, 2010 Toyota Corolla so I purchased and had locksmith cut keys. Locksmith and Auto Service shop were unable to program. Once at Toyota dealership, after several attempts, they were unable to program either. Remotes work but keys don’t start car, so if you are looking just for remotes then this will be a good purchase for you.
