I’ve used Skin Culture for 25 years. It’s well worth the price. The price is irrelevant. It does work. It’s. best to do a peel at least once a year or two is best. Don’t peel/pick at the loose skin and keep the skin well moisturized during the peeling process. Highly recommended.

It peels off the first layer of skin. I usually do a good exfoliation and dermaplaning before I apply, so it is working on fresh skin. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn’t try that. In the past, the peel creams were much darker, so they had to change the formula. I use the 4000 and it has helped with atrophic acne scarring.

I've used this product off and on since the 90's. Back in the day, it worked as advertised. I always used the Peel 1000 and received stellar results! The Peel 4000 is about as effective as the Peel 1000 was 30+ years ago. I bought this from Amazon a year or so ago and had lackluster results...just like this recent buy. Don't know if ingredients have changed...but, I know reliability has. Disappointed...

This product arrived with 4 little pots of peel cream, which was not what I expected, but okay, whatever. I followed the directions to a T and applied one pot on each of 4 days. Yes, it definitely had a burn to it, but that faded after the first 15 minutes or so (you must let it sit on your face for 90 minutes.) I actually had a tiny bit of peeling start after the first treatment, after that my skin became dry and taut, it crinkled up and looked crepey and then finally started to peel. I have a couple of sensitive areas on my face and after the second or third round, I had to leave the cream off of those areas because they were too sensitive and red. My peeling moved slowly, and it came off in small, dandruff type flakes. I wanted some serious sheets of skin to peel off! lol After about the second day after I completed the peel application I began to gently exfoliate my skin with a facial sponge, to loosen up some of the dry skin. All in all, it took a good 8-10 days for the skin to all come off. My pores, particularly on my cheeks and nose, look smaller, my skin smoother. My forehead has a crepey texture due to sun damage, and this has helped get rid of some of that skin. I will definitely do this again, but not for several months, probably six months.

this review is years overdue, but this is a great product it reduce the appearance of my pores brightened up some of my blemishes and tightened my skin, however be prepared for your skin to peel part of the process with this product so be prepared for some down time unless you don't mind being in public during the peeling stage

At least once if not twice a year to peel back the years. Skin discolouration, tone and elasticity are improved dramatically.

El producto es muy bueno pq yo lo usé el año pasado y fue fenomenal pero este ano no me funcionó me tocó que llamar para la devolución de mi dinero, no sé si es que cambiaron los químicos que no ví ningún resultado no lo recomiendo porque es perder su tiempo en usar algo que no trabaja como se supone que debe ser

I use to purchase this product on ebay before there was an amazon. Loved it then, and love it now. Beauty is pain they say. This product stings a bit each time as you first apy it, but eventually wears away. I was shedding dead skin on day four.
