I love to bake & have always used a pastry mat. This is awesome! It helps to get the correct size of dough for cookies, pies & many other things. Nothing sticks to it so it's easy to clean & then its just rolled up to store. I love it.

This mat arrived tightly rolled,but it flattened out nicely.The thickness of the silicone is perfectand the graphics are clear and useful.On the plus side the size of the matis large enough to keep the counter clean.On the negative side the size of the matis large enough to be cumbersome when turninga top crust onto the top of a pie; however,one can quickly develop the needed skill.On the plus side the silicone gripsa marble counter top and the mat stays putwhile rolling the dough.On the negative side the silicone gripsa marble counter top and the mat is noteasy to slide around if you need tochange position.The mat can be rolled again for storageand it fits nicely in the cabinet nextto the rolling pin. This mat is recommendedto anyone who works with dough and pastry.

I did not dislike anything about the mat. It cleans up easily and is made of a material that ensures no slippage on the counter when rolling out dough. The measurements imprinted on the top side of the mat are helpful. It is a good size and gives you the proper amount of space to work with your dough. Excellent product!

I love the red coloring as I purchased to be able to see the background when I rolled my cookies out. I have a recipe that you need to be able to see thru the cookie dough to knownits thin enough. Dough rolled out great.

The dough does not stick to the matte. This product is easy to clean and store.
