These are not flimsy ornaments at all. They are wonderful to work with! Crystal clear. None were dented and each comes in it's own little plastic bag. Hence, no scratches. Love them. I'm so excited about this product and happy with the results of my project!

Ok guys, I dont pretend to be crafty, but of course I wanted to do a little something for my 8 y/o's class. Now, I'm busy, aren't we all?! I didn't have a bunch of time to do much, especially this time of year. I know y'all understand. Anyway, these are awesome! They are screw top which seem more sturdy than the other ones I've seen, especially since I wanted to fill with candy. The part I was dreading the most was stringing them (yes they say "pre-strung" but ya just never know.) They really ARE prestrung!!! I do have kinda small hands, but they are a really decent size. Besides, how much junk do these kids need? They'll be getting A LOT! I had to math to figure out how much each bulb could hold so I would know how much candy to get. That was the hardest part, even with my old school math skills ( who came up with this new math?!). I wish the description would have said somewhere how much it would hold, but I figured it out so you wouldn't have to math. You're welcome! I bought a case of movie sized nerds (5 oz box), 12 in the case. It was plenty (almost perfect for these 24 bulbs). Well, if you're fat like me and like Nerds, it was perfect because there was a box left 😂...I digress, I used a little over 1/3 of a box per bulb and it filled it up to the stem. In other words, you can ALMOST get 3 bulbs per box if you fill to the stem. I got Nerds because I dont just know the measurements of different candies off the top of my head and I didn't want to be disappointed. Plus, I waited until the last minute and I wouldn't have time to exchange if I messed that up. All that said, now that I have the bulbs, M&Ms, skittles, maybe even Runts would fit. Pro tip- use a small funnel so the nerds don't go alllllllll over the place...yes I learned the hard way haha. Now, if I was more crafty and creative and had more time, I could have gotten some Christmas themed stickers to decorate the outsides, but hey, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit, right? RIGHT?! Bottom line, it was quick and easy and made me feel like a good mom for a few minutes... until my kid put me back in my place 🙄 I recommend these, especially if you can relate to anything I said. LOVE THESE! Perfect gift to make for a large group of people. I filled mine with Homemade limoncello, Limecello and Fragalino. Then made tags for people to reuse the ornament on their tree! For kids I made white chocolate powder with edible glitter. They're also great to make mini snow globes or fill with photos, glitter or have your kids decorate them after they're empty. Not sure how long the seal will last, but they do look great and people appreciate a gift that is two fold and reusable.
