This 16oz travel coffee mug is my favorite! I have purchased it three times now. Not because of a quality issue, but because I lost two of them! lol The third time I ordered, I ordered two, one for me and one for my mom and she loves hers too! The flow of liquid comes out perfectly, which is usually my issue with travel mugs. I have never used it for cold drinks, but it keeps my coffee hot for HOURS. I imagine it keeps them cold too. Very lightweight but durable. Lots of color options to choose from.A plus is that it fits perfectly under my Nespresso maker. Many travel cups are too large.I have a little issue with the third cup I ordered where it is very difficult to close the lid part that goes over the drink whole. It will close, but it takes a lot of force to do so. I typically just don't do it. I did not have that issue with the first two cups I ordered, so maybe just a fluke. Otherwise, I love this cup and recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:FINALLY - I've found my perfect leakproof go-cup. After numerous disappointments with, among other brands, Yeti, I found the SIMPLE MODERN brand. I needed something I can throw in my commuter bag, which can withstand jostling on public transit and often being turned upside down. Couldn't have anything too large, that would be too heavy to carry, so my 16 oz size is perfect. Couldn't have anything with a handle (need to fit in my cupholder) Didn't want a built-in straw that would leak. Keeps my ice coffee completely chilled. Haven't tried it on hot beverages. Is dishwasher safe. TIPS: You have to MAKE SURE you push the black tab that covers the opening where the straw would go in, FIRMLY. You will hear a click sound. Also, I found the Simple Modern website difficult to navigate. Save time by ordering on Amazon.

This travel coffee mug has become my everyday go-to. It keeps my coffee hot for hours, which is perfect for long commutes or busy mornings. I’ve even forgotten about it for a couple hours and came back to it still warm.The lid seals tightly and doesn’t leak, even when I toss it in my bag. I also love the design—sleek, modern, and it fits perfectly in my car’s cup holder. The outside stays cool to the touch, and the grip is comfortable to hold.

The 12 oz size is the perfect travel mug for morning coffee or tea. It really is leakproof (as opposed to some of the other well-known brands who say on fine print that the lids are not guaranteed to be leakproof). I bought it specifically to be able to shake up my morning matcha and it performed beautifully—no leaks! And I love the bright orange color.

I wanted a small insulated cup to fit under my Nespresso machine that was big enough to brew a cup of coffee into and also be of high quality to keep the heat in for quite a while and this cup did not disappoint. It's easy to hold, holds the heat well and is a pretty decent value for the money.

I bought this to bring coffee to the office and stay hot enough by the time I make it there. It does a pretty good job at it. I like that it has a screw on lid because I've had issues with ones that are just a push on lid. It also holds enough coffee. The biggest issue is it takes a bit of effort to screw on and off and depending on where you are holding the lid, parts of it can be a little sharp and dig into my hand. It's not sharp like it was a bad mold, it sharp as there are parts of the lids that have a corner you may put pressure against. The other issue is that the way the lid is designed you can't really get every part of the coffee out when tipping upside down. A big plus of this is that even though there is big divots in the lid design I never find that water pools there after running through the dishwasher. The one thing I wish this came with was a slide lid. I don't need a fully airtight coffee cup like this. I searched far and wide for something that is insulated, screw on cap, over 12oz capacity, and fits under my coffee machine. This is the closest I could find and while it's fine for my needs, the design could be better and a different lid option would be better. I can't fault it for not coming with the type of lid I want. But the sharpness of the lid everytime I need to take it on and off is a big negative that should be addressed and is the main reason I only am giving 4 stars.

This is my second simple modern tumbler and I love it. The quality is on par with more expensive tumblers (we did an ice melt and a heat test versus my husbands yeti, and it was more leak proof!). But what really stands out is their customer service. The lid on the second one I got was faulty, it was very hard to snap closed. They were not only incredibly responsive, they sent me a replacement lid, but since the lid wasn’t the same clear kind my cup came with (they are still working on getting those replacements lids in stock) they gave me the option to get a whole new tumbler with a different lid type. When a company cares about the quality of their product and customer experience this much, I will always be willing to support!! I was not asked to write a review and I am not getting anything in exchange, I just really think they earned a good review!!!
