Great light - Company quick to honor warranty
Enough photos - mine looks the same. Easy to install and looks fantastic in the pool. Remote is a bit wonky, but nothing wrong with the design, as they explain the metal pool light housing can cause issue with it working. I touch the antennae to the conduit and it changes the light sequence just fine. Nice remote, otherwise. Light was super slick until it stopped working. Been just under a year, with very light (no pun intended) use. Just started blinking randomly. Notified company, NMGT, and they responded IMMEDIATELY with how to reorder for nominal processing fee. Very thankful for the great customer service and crossing my fingers this second one lasts longer. Really looks great at night in the pool, so hoping this one works out this time around. Thanks to Doug at NMGT for the super responsiveness on the weekend! Seems like a really well built product.

Excellent replacement for Pentair...but know your pool lighting setup!
After the pain of paying to have my pool lights replaced just under two years ago, one of the bulbs went dark. I purchased two of these LED bulbs with remote as replacements. I could not bear the thought of paying that much money again for a sub-par product to get less than 2 years out of it. Replacing the pool lights is relatively simple. One screw, carefully remove the housing, remove the pressure ring and there is your bulb. This bulb is a perfect replacement! The remote control is a little tricky with lights at various depths. It's tough for the signal to get all the way through the water and the metal housing on a deeper light. My shallow light had no issue receiving the signal. My deep light did have trouble. I followed instructions and even put the remote antenna into the water (keeping the remote out of the water)...but no luck. I then followed the next troubleshooting instruction...to put the remote next to your light switch. That didn't work either. So, I emailed the company and promptly got a response (I sent the email in the evening and had a response before morning). While the instructions were the same as the troubleshooting tips I received from the website/instructions, the e-mail did trigger me to remember that my light switch does not directly connect to my pool lights. Instead, my pool lights go to a junction box near the pool equipment and then a wire runs from the junction box back to the switch in my house. With that in mind, I took the remote to the junction box and the signal was IMMEDIATELY received by both lights in the pool. It worked perfectly and kept the lights in sync. Many thanks to Jeffrey Johnson at No More Green Technologies, LLC for responding to me so quickly. And what about the look/quality of the lights...BEAUTIFUL!! The lights are strong and the colors are fantastic. The ONLY regret that I have is that it will be time to shut down my pool for the winter next week. I can't wait until next spring to start using the pool again with these lights.

Works Great
First season with this light but it is great so far. Light is bright and lots of color options. The remote works from my house which is about 50 feet away.

Works great with noted caveats
First, I’d like to emphasize that this is a 2-part review. 1st part is here on the product review. The second can be found on the seller’s, No More Green Technologies review page (my experience was positive). First, I’d like to warn you to keep a heads up regarding delivery. My light was delivered by Amazon. If you’ve just purchased or will soon be purchasing this product, watch closely for delivery so you can retrieve the package. My delivery showed as delivered directly into my hands which was false. It was left at my door to discover on my own.I bought the light not only for the attractive color features but to also use as an added security feature using my Pentair controller timer to have the pool turn on at dusk and off at dawn. The pentair pool panel is located behind my garage and my pool is located alongside the garage. The panel has a metal cover. The controller can send the signal to the light in the pool, but the remote cannot receive the signal from the controller in the panel. I have a pentair keypad installed on my back door facing the pool. The keypad can receive the signal by tapping the light feature repeatedly to get the color that I want, but being an older model, not all the light features can be used by employing the constant tapping to cycle all the options. My pool guy and I experimented by moving the pool light module to the back of my house facing the pool equidistant to the pool panel behind garage. A rocker on/off switch was installed under a clear cover and connected directly into the power that goes to the pool. The remote worked perfectly, but for me was not the ultimate solution because since it was no longer being directly powered by the pentair system, I could use the remote (even from inside the back of my house) but was no longer able to put it on a timer. There are a lot of attractive options available for programming your pool colors using the remote. My favorite is the blue and bluish purple. Make sure you have a camera battery (A23-12v avail @ Amazon or Home Depot) to power the remote. Also be sure to turn the switch on your remote off (“f”/off, “n”/on) to save battery power. So overall all, I would say yes buy the light if you feel that you want to light your pool with color in the evening. But first think about how you will use your light. Think about how your equipment is housed and the possibility of whether or not it is important to have the light on a timer.
