Great product! Great quality! I bought 4. Better than the silicone ones to make cookies or anything dehydrated. In this plastic ones it turns out crunchy and great texture. I have to say over time maybe after a year of few months of continuous use the tray become bent like and arc , you can still dehydrate on it but be careful with watery foods it can spill.

Lost a star because it can stain. Haven’t tried bleach yet but thinking about it. Same size, same appearance. Normal weight, capacity.Tip: use parchment paper for the bottom and under every single fruit roll.***Update***Heavily diluted bleach is too much and I can’t remove the smell. Luckily I only spot-tested. Best to soak in warm soapy water for 30 minutes or more.

These seem well made. I haven't used them yet but they will probably be perfect for fruit rolls!
