Excellent taste, lots of clams, and perfect for chowder
I used all the juice for a 4-person chowder, following Pepin's fairly quick and simple recipe on YouTube. Honestly perfect. Totally outstanding. Lot's of claims in the can - I used only about half in the chowder; froze the rest. I love this company's clam products!
