I wonder how I lived without this. I got it during while I was potty training my daughter to keep track of successes and find patterns in misses. Its super duper handy. We have it hung between the kitchen and the foyer so we can write notes, make grocery lists, and keep important numbers handy. It's terrific.It's the perfect size.for home use. I can fit lots of information on it, but it's not so big that it's obnoxious.It was very easy to mount on the wall. It hangs very solidly. It's exceptionally well constructed. I love that it doesn't take much to wipe it clean. Any dry erase markers will work with this board.I see some reviews that says that there's no marker/eraser holder. That's not true There is a small, very narrow place that holds about 4 markers. It's not big enough for a standard eraser, so I user "Marker Dudes" markers with erasers on the caps. I like that it has some rounded end caps so that when I walk into it, it doesn't do too much damage.My only complaint is that it's not magnetic. Other than that's it's perfect

We got this as a way to write our menu in bright colors. It had to be able to be seen from far away. Check out the customer submitted photos for a pic of the board in action. Now to how it works:Ours did come with a slight ding in the face. It is not really noticeable but just like a black automobile it is easier to see surface imperfections on black than it is on white. When erasing you should use a damp cloth, especially if you will use this outside in the sun, for any length of time. Erasing the marker can be a pain if you left it on for a while. Little fluorescent bits are left behind that get pushed into the edge.Pros:+ Large size means that it can be seen from a good distance+ Included markers look very bright and appear to last a while+ Hangers on top and bottom allow for you to flip it if you need toCons:- Dents easily, so be careful- Cleaning markers off can take some workOverall this was a great solution for us and we really love this sign.Thank you for reading my review.

This wall-mounted white board has performed great in my kitchen. I use it to write down stocks of what I have and the use-by dates on the packages. I also use it to write down things I need (usually food but even random household goods or whatever). It has proven very useful and I am glad I bought this item.The dimensions check out at 18"x24". the hanging hardware included performed well and I did not have any hiccups with hanging the hardware.If you have a white board you will need markers, etc. I personally purchased  Expo Low-Odor Dry Erase Set, Ultra-Fine Tip, 7-Piece, Assorted Colors  which had everything else I needed to get going.Pros:*Easy to hang*Perfect amount of surface areaCons:*NoneAdditional Considerations:You will need to pre-drill in order to hang this white board. Worthless. The board itself seems OK, but the materials are not up to standard and the installation is overly complex. After attaching clips to hold the upper portion of the whiteboard you have to install another set of sliding L brackets to the wall. Then you put the whiteboard on the upper clips, slide the lower L bracket up to the bottom of the board, then you have to install two small screws into the metal edge of the whiteboard. This edge is about one forth of an inch. How do you install a screw that close to a wall? My screwdriver would not go into the screw without putting it at an angle.Then the head snapped off the screw. I have attached a photograph of the failed screw. It is extremely close to the wall and I was unable to get it out without taking the whiteboard down and chucking the screw into a drill and running it backward. It took four tries but I got it out. Now I have a damaged whiteboard and a wall that is torn up as well. After 30 minutes of work with screwdrivers, punches, pliers, and drills the board was still not up. I tried again with self tapping sheet metal screws and managed to get the bottom brackets attached to the whiteboard. Nonetheless, it still rattles when I use it. The supplied brackets cannot get the whiteboard attached tightly to the wall because the bottom brackets have to be loose to slide and the top clips are loose as well.The board itself works OK, about as well as the one I replaced after 5 years of use which was another brand. It is coated melamine and nearly any board will work as well as another. The tray is better than most. It is all aluminum and attached firmly to the board - unlike the board to the wall. The edges of this board are soft aluminum and should hold up. If the mounting system was not so worthless I would have given it three stars, but the mounting system is terrible and that system is key to the use of the board. What good is a board that, after you put it up, is loose and manages to harm the wall surface below the board. I will now have to putty and paint the area below the board. The screws supplied with the board are substandard.I am also worried that the board will not stay mounted. As it rattles a bit during use I think it will fail after awhile and I will either have to remount it somehow or buy another one. If I do buy another board I am going to pay close attention to the mounting system - which I never dreamed could be this bad.AD2

Great value for the price! Nice and big and simple! I use it as a weekly task chart for my son! Easy to change it up whenever!

I bought the black aluminum framed 3x2 Quartet whiteboard and it looks, feels, and works great. You can install on your own but of course and extra set of hands adds extra security and less chance of it falling on you while installing. Instructions, as with most things, could be a little more clear but in the end it isn't too complicated. They tend to write manuals or instructions for various products and you have to pay attention to which section you are reading. Notes: It is not magnetic. For sturdiness I gave it a 4/5 just because the whiteboard does slide around in the frame a bit and once hung up on the wall there is one corner where when I apply pressure and pushes back but I consider these things minor in the grand scheme of things- just writing for full disclosure. I'm HAPPY with it and WOULD RECOMMEND.
