Great little Mailbox
I was impressed with this mailbox it was easy to have it installed as well as Useful for its purpose. It does run on the small side so if one gets a lot of mail it can fill up quickly. The little window helps to see when it's full and it's not an eyesore because of its smaller size. I am enjoying.

Overall good quality for the price and well put together.
I had to return it mainly because I bought this for my tenant, but he prefer to keep it mostly unlock so that he can get to the email easily and only lock up the box when expecting importing mails or out for a short trip. With this one, you cannot really leave it unlock since the door will fall over. That being said, after comparing to the new mail box that I bought (in order to satisfy the above wish), I found this one much better indeed.1. The back is flat, making it easier to install against a side wall.2. There are 4 screw holes in the back where you can put on the screws (as compare to 2 on the one that I just got); you don't have to use all 4; but it should felt that it is much stronger if you do (I like sturdy).3. The screws and the plastic anchors are included. (my new one does not, sigh)...4. The way the door open up in the front does made it easy to get to your mails (as compare to my new one which you have to reach in from the top).5. There is a small "slit" in the front where you can quickly check if there is mails or not.So the only draw back is that if you don't want your mail box to be locked all the time, this may not be a good choice. But otherwise, it is very good in my opinion.

Like this mailbox
This locking mailbox is a secure and convenient solution for receiving mail externally. It's easy to mount on the wall and the metal construction is durable. The key lock provides privacy - only I have access to the mail inside. It's much cleaner than a standard open mailbox, protecting mail from weather and theft. The color blends into the exterior wall nicely. Good quality construction with stainless steel.Overall an excellent product that I'm very satisfied with. It's a subtle but useful upgrade over a regular mailbox, providing security and peace of mind. The lock feature is clutch and it just looks nice on the wall. Would recommend to anyone looking for an external mailbox option.

No installation hardware, no key
First off, I received this product without a key AND without installation hardware. On the bright side, my efforts to pick the lock were unsuccessful (and I tried multiple methods!). That’s not to say that an experienced lock pick wouldn’t be able to do it, but I couldnt. 😊I did initiate a return but ultimately decided to keep the mailbox. At least now I have a legitimate excuse for why I didn’t get/see the bills they keep calling about. Now I’m going to tell them to take it up with Amazon.Actually, I kept the box because I liked the price. I drilled the lock out and purchased a new one for $8. The new “mailbox lock” (written on the package) core is bigger than the one that came out, so I’ll need to make the hole ~ 1/8” wider. If I were to try that without a)clamping the box to a sturdy surface and b) clamping a wood block under the existing hole, the drill would lift the mailbox and whip it around like the Dorothy’s house in The Wizard of Oz.This is powder coated sheet metal. It’s bendable (in fact, there was a dent in mine, too…probably from the last schmuck that purchased it, tried to install it, and then returned it without the keys or hardware). If you drop it, the powder coating will nick, revealing the metal beneath. If it’s not securely fastened to something else that is securely anchored, it will not survive a tornado. However, if it is properly fastened and anchored, it will probably last at least as long as your last mailbox. If I hadn’t already looked at other mailboxes and been unimpressed by their (lack of) sturdiness, I’d be disappointed with this one. However, the quality here is pretty standard as compared to others I’ve looked at in stores. It’s unimpressive quality and overpriced for what it is, but that seems to be the norm. I know I sound like a curmudgeonly old man, but I’m actually a kind-hearted 30-something woman that happens to be disappointed with the seemingly disposable quality of what should be long-lasting products.I decided to keep it only because I don’t want to pay more and because I plan to dress it up to coordinate with my home.
