This is a very good product at a very good price. My teen and I both take this product. It has good flavor and dissolves fairly quickly. I would buy this again.

Verified via lab work that product has prescribed amt of b12. This product avoids artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol so it’s a good product for those sensitive. You can simply swallow if you desire - not necessary to use subliqually unless you have reduced stomach acid which would impair absorption.
