Step up in comparison with Worx Revolution
Trimming and edging is much more productive in comparison with my previous Worx Revolution Trimmer. Have this one just for few month, and so far, so good. The string is more robust and lasts longer. It is 20 feet in one spool. It is a bit on a heavy side, but manageable for me ( I am male, 70 year old ). I reuse two 20 V batteries from old trimmer, and they are sufficient to do the job for my front and back yard. Also I use small charger, one per battery. No issue there, because I mow my lawn once a week.So far I am happy with this product.

Consumes energy fast....have a spare pair of batteries on hand.
Works great, but it consumes a lot of energy. Have a second set of batteries on hand.

Nice Trimmer
I replaced my smaller Worx trimmer with this model. It has the power to trim and edge Floritam grass, where the old one was a little underpowered. This 40-volt model reminds me of the gas trimmers I once owned. The main reason I bought this was the Power Share batteries which I use on several other tools. Having interchangeability when a new battery is needed is great. Plus only one charger is on the workbench rather than separate ones for different battery brands. The command string advance is quirky and I find myself manually advancing the string as I need it. A bit of a problem that I also experienced in the smaller unit that I hoped Worx would have fixed by now.

Upgraded from Worx GT
My Worx GT Revolution was too light-duty for my new home, so I purchased this unit as an upgrade. I love the idea of the trimmer and edger in one unit, as I have a lot of both to do.The 40v 2 battery combo lasts as long a the single battery did in the 20v GT model, but the 40v has more power, and I find myself moving through the work faster as a result. The heavier line breaks less often. While it is possible to string a heavier line into the GT spools, it does slow the head down, and shortens battery life.Compared to the GT, this is a heavier tool. The handle is less ergonomic, but similar to most other line trimmers on the market. There is a spot to clip on a shoulder strap, which may help, but I haven’t tried yet. This trimmer does NOT use the same spools as the GT, and there is no “Spools for Life” for it. However, the line is .080, and the spool holds 20’ instead of the 10’ of .065 that the GT holds. If you already have a bunch of Worx batteries, this is a good upgrade to the GT. Or, if you want a trimmer and edger in one unit, that can be easily switched on the fly, this is the tool for you.

Terrible
Horrible. Worst I've ever used. I got this as Christmas gift in December and finally tried to put it to use today. Found out the one I received did NOT include the batteries or charger. No local retailers carry this brand, so came back to Amazon where wife originally purchased. She paid $125 for just the unit. Could have gotten the one with the batteries for $159, but now the battery set and charger alone are $99. Worse yet, Amazon doesn't sell them. They display it as an extra item on the page for the trimmer, but you can't find it as a standalone product. Went to the Work site directly and they also did not have any in stock! Finally found a set on eBay and paid another $130 for the freaking batteries and charger. Now that I have the full set, I used them for the first time today. Awful. POC as in "piece of ..." The cover guard is way too big, so it doesn't get in the corners well at all and you can't see what you're cutting. Then when trying to do the edging, you can't see ANYTHING past the cover so you have no idea where the string line is. Can't take the cover off or the line will just indefinitely extend. Tried taking the wheels off and that was somewhat better, but then the string just kept breaking off inside the spool which required me to open the spool cover, extend the line thru the hole and repeat. It happened four times along my sidewalk and I just gave up and went and finished with my old machine. Maybe with better stronger string this won't happen, but the junk they provided with the tool is way too soft. The batteries seemed to work OK and were still strong when I gave up. My old piece would barely make it to the end, so this is better in that aspect, but otherwise I hate this piece. Not sure what I'm gonna do with it.

NO SHOULDER STRAP
I like WORX tools, I own a lot and will buy more, I'm sure, but this one is a disappointment. I like the way you coax more line out (easier than bumping on the ground), it does a good job and all, but it is very tiring using it. My last one came with a shoulder strap, with this one it doesn't take long at all before my arms are sore and need a break, makes the job take a lot more of my time than necessary. These line cutter weed whacker things always come with a shoulder strap, the one it replaces (probably ten years old) and one, seems like a very large oversight that this in not included.
