FEL-PRO VS 50625 R Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set for Ram 1500

I installed these valve cover gaskets a few months ago on my 2013 RAM 1500 Sport. I wanted to wait to do a review after a few months of use. The gaskets were a perfect fit and I've had no issues since installing them. I've used FEL-PRO before on another vehicle (2012 MINI Cooper S) and the quality always feels as good or better than OEM.

Fit my 2009 Dodge 1500.

These worked great for my 2006 300c 5.7. They were a good price. Removing the valve covers was the hardest part. To make installation easier, make sure you use some break cleaner to clean out the grooves or else it will be a tough time keeping the gaskets in while installing them on the heads. They like to pop out. FYI these only fit in one way, it’s hard to tell because it looks like it fits in both directions. Over all they are good quality and the material seems strong.

Good quality stuff fit perfect and stop the oil leaking on the valve covers

Quality gasket set,.passenger side is very tight to get to because of wiring.Dip stick needs to be removed.Nut is underneath, you will need a long extention and a swivel,vacuum valve in rear is in the way.Disconnect the hose and the valve can be pulled straight up and also move back.Bungee cords are very handy for holding wiring out of the way.Make sure to have trim tools to pop plastic holders holding wire to inside fender well.It will be very tight in rear so make sure the gasket stays in place will wrestling it in.I put a couple of small dabs of silicone on valve cover to gasket in rear only . All this has nothing to do with quality of gaskets.Drivers side is better but it helps to take out two screws on coolant reservoir and move it out of the way.

Gaskets fit perfectly.There were no issues what-so-ever.Can't go wrong with Fel Pro.

This set of valve cover gaskets fixed our leak for a fraction of the cost dealer wanted. Easy to do and quality fit.
