These oats are delicious and I love making them overnight in my refrigerator, first I add 3 cups of water and 1 cup of plant milk to a pot and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes, then I add 1 cup of steel cut oats, stir and remove from heat and let it cools for 10 minutes, then I add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, stir and transfer to a glass bowl that has a lid and I place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning I just scoop out how much I want, heat it up, I add honey, blueberries and a spoon of peanut butter, but you can add whatever you want. It's nice that it comes in 30 oz. container, it's very easy to prepare and cook the oats, great fiber content and the quality is very good. The price is reasonable and I buy the bundle where I get two, it's cheaper buying the bundle than two single ones. Great organic steel cut oats. I highly recommend this product.

For me it's important to buy organic as often as possible. This item is at a good price point and tastes great with a dab of butter and/or a little sweetener, maybe some blueberries or other fruit. It's a great gluten free option for a healthful breakfast. It's so easy to make in my zojirushi rice cooker with steel cut oats setting, I just set it up the night before and wake up to a warm breakfast.

Great rolled oats, they taste great and make a good consistency with boiled water or milk. Great price for the amount you get.

Product excellent, healthy ,fresh and good taste. But...ask Amazon not to put your flimsy containers in with 12lbs of baking soda. Or all your product will be spilled all over the bottom of the shipping box!

Quality oatmeal, but the packaging always opens during shipping and gets oatmeal all over. Wish they would tape the lid or something.

I think these oats are very good. I like to put a bit of different fruit in it at different times.

Excellent product. Takes longer to cook but it's worth it.
