Good fibre hardly any calories
Great for low carb, low calorie healthy eating plan

Texture is hard to swallow
I really like the slim rice so was hopeful about this pasta. However, I just can't stomach the texture. I have never eaten calamari but I imagine it's similar to overcooked, rubbery calamari. It's like rubber bands.On the up side, I eat a little and throw the rest away so it makes me eat less.

Disgusting
I wasn't expecting much and so I wasn't disappointed. Smells horrible and its like chewing rubber. But its super low in calories and I'm badly overweight. I guess ill just have to get used to it.

Texture is ‘tough /chewy’
I struggled with this . I am not a fussy eater but the texture is awful - likened to chewing on sinew for extended period. Despite attempts to flavour , this wasnt a great product for me
