Polycom OBI Edition VVX 150 2-Line Desktop IP Phone (2200-48812-001)

Worked perfect. Need to have some tech skills to get it working properly, I'm sure that's a source of most the bad reviews. Go into your Admin page and follow the prompts.

I purchased this for use with Goggle Voice. I have an OBi200 which is working with Google Voice, and wanted a second line for my wife. I went through the setup on Google Voice for a number, tried to register this on OBiTalk, and it gave me an error message about "Model not supported". It will not let me add ANY service!! Anyone have a work-around for this?

I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews but I knew I was tech savvy enough to figure it out. My first mistake was listening to the reviews and buying a power cord bc they said it didn't come with one. It does come with the power cord and an ethernet cable. 2 Easy steps to set up.1. Plug in all your cords, to turn on and for internet2. Enter mac address into your Google Voice account in your Admin ConsoleThe phone will reboot a couple times and probably even update once you connect to internet but works like a charm if you follow those steps. Now all my business calls goes to the desk phone and my cell phone but I prefer the desk phone.Because this is an older version of the phone it does not have the option to put the usb that connects via wifi instead of ethernet which is its only fault. Other than that, pretty satisfied.

Ordered two of these. One came with everything directions, lan, power, support back and handset. The second had everything but the handset cord to connect handset to phone and setup directions (thought the first did and pretty simple anyway. So good phone, packing quality control poor.

Where do I start? After hours upon hours of research, I discovered you need obi edition Polycom phones to use with Google Voice. I finally ordered these phones and to my dismay the username/password from the factory has been reset to something other than the factory password/username. So, this means you can’t login to the phone on your web browser using the phones IP address to make changes such as adding speed dials or dialing or answering the phone from your desktop or in Google Voice. You can manually push the buttons and manually pickup the handset. 1960 called and they want their technology back.

Great phone. Using it for Google voice. Disappointed I can’t use it for two separate Google Voice lines though. Had I of known that I would have purchased a single line phone.

Terrible phone. Does not work as expected.
