This advent calendar is really cute. I think all the little pouches look well made.One thing I really liked about this is (aside from the look) the size of the pouches. I was able to fit small treats inside, but also a pair of holiday socks, rolled up. I like that I can fit many types of things, so every day’s treat doesn’t have to be a sweet.I also like that the rope it comes with for hanging is quite long. This gave lots of options for hanging. I would say that this, especially when filled, can be quite heavy. So I had to put a lot of thought into how and where to hang it.I also really like that each little pouch has a ribbon to close it. It’s a bit of effort to tie them all shut, but it’s nice to keep little eyes from peeking at all the surprises at once. Some advent calendars have pockets that are just open at the top, and I appreciated that this did not. You could definitely leave them untied though, if it’s annoying.The one thing that’s a little frustrating is that these bags get tangled on the rope really easily. I imagine untangling these from storage every year will not be a fun task. Next year, I plan to permanently tie the pouches to the rope, now that I know where I’ll place this each year and how I want the pouches spaced.Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend!

I wanted to do some type of advent calendar with my kids, but I have 3 little ones and all the ones I’ve found would’ve meant I had to buy 3 different sets. I stumbled on this product and knew it would work great! The bags are very well made and come with ribbon that suspends them from the string and also to tie them closed. They are big enough to fit 3 pieces of candy (3 mini packs of skittles or mini snickers or smaller) plus a note.I loved that I could customize the candy to have enough for all 3 kids. It was easy to just toss candy and a note about whatever “activity” we were doing on that day in the night before or even the morning before they were paying attention.For a busy family on a budget, this was a great buy and we will be using it for many years to come!

I really love this Christmas countdown and look forward to putting it up every year. It is great quality and there is room in the little burlap bags for two treats one for each kid (and by kid I mean 15 and 18-year-old🙈). I would’ve given it five stars except for when it comes the little red ribbons that tie the bags are not attached, so we immediately lost many of them in the first year. Next year we stitched the ribbons on the back of the burlap bag so even went untied they stayed on and now it’s a five star!

I decided to add more tasks to my holiday season and get this advent calendar for my four kids lol. It is so cute! The material is sturdy. Each day comes with its own individual ribbon. I would say the largest item you can fit in. There is a rolled up pair of size 11 socks if you can do that comparison in your head. So we were able to get some good items in there each day. Keep in mind it’s not supposed to be a whole present so it’s just something small each day so we were able to put candies and little toys and trinkets which the kids absolutely loved. And it’s a great decoration for the month. I do recommend it. It was worth every cent! I’m actually really happy with this purchase.

This is a very cute advent idea, and a we’ll-executed product. The burlap bags are good quality, with nice looking number designs sewn on each. The set has a sophisticated holiday look IMO, making it appropriate for a living room setting. Each bag ties closed with a small piece of ribbon (which tie to an attractive little bow, and each also has a ribbon loop sewn in as well. The bags are about 4”x5”, big enough for several individually wrapped candies, at least six or seven (or three tic-tac-toe boxes). Mine arrived with all 24 numbers included. I hung the rope using 0.5kg 3M clear Mini Hooks, which works for candies but might not be enough support for something like alcohol miniatures, depending on how many hooks are used. Should be able to get several years of use. Recommended.

To start off I want to mention this is a great product and did exactly what I needed. In this review I only bring up the problems that I see with it but they are small issues. I just want to talk about small things that could bring at 4.5 star product to a 5.This is a well made advent calendar. The stitching seems nice and build quality overall seems good. Only time will tell with that though. There are only a could things I would change. The rope that is given unravels itself if you don’t tie some small knots at the ends. Easily fixed but thought I would mention it. Also I think I would have benefitted from the rope being about 6-12 inches longer so I could space things out more but again, small criticism. Lastly I wish the bags had something more substantial than ribbon holding them to the rope. One other thing to keep in mind is that it comes with nothing to stop the bags from moving in the rope so I had to tie knots in the rope around each ribbon to hold the bags in place. Over all though, great product for the money! I highly recommend it. Fun way to customize a gift for someone.

This is a super fun advent calendar. I bought it for my husband who is deployed and plan on sending it to him just for fun since he is away at Christmas. I do wish that the bags were drawstring however instead of having to tie each ribbon around each bag. Also the bags came jammed in a plastic bag so some of them are crinkled up and will not hang nice. They are burlap so I don't think I can iron them. But overall a cute product for the price.

These were the perfect size...large enough for a pack of Hockey cards and irregular sized treats. They are well made and I imagine we’ll get many years use out of them!
