Good food
Good natural food for dogs, my pups love it and eat all of it when it’s dinner time, especially paired with the meal topper

Quality of ingredients
I have researched a lot of dog foods due to our dog having so many allergies. This is the cleanest dog food for the price I can find. Our dog has no reaction to it and loves the taste and we feel good about giving the best ingredients and nutrition without breaking the bank. I will say some of the reviews have issues with crumbs on the bottom of the bag and yes you will find that but I think that this dog food is not harshly processed like you find on the shelves at grocery stores (less processing = better for your dog) so I think that might have a roll in it but hey I put the crumbs in her bowl as a topper to some of the fresh food we mix in as well as a snack later in the day and she loves it.

Quality food
Big fan of this brand, my 13 year old dog looks and acts 5! But I wish it wasn’t so broken up into a powder when it reaches my house.

Honest Kitchen
I’d gladly spend my money on this food because my Rottie did great on it but I can’t get around the fact that the bottom of the bag is half broken food and mainly sawdust of food. This food is too expensive to have that happen so I can no longer spend my money on it.

Bad for allergies
Ive been feeding my boys this for about 3 weeks. I am honestly really disappointed because I felt relieved when I had found this dog food. My older girl was diagnosed with cancer in September and since then, i have done a lot of research on kibble and dog food ingredients. I worked as a vet tech for a few years prior to this and had been feeding all my dogs the vet approved prescription/ "high end" kibble. After her diagnosis i put her on a very specific cancer diet from Dr. Harvey's dehydrated, mcdowells herbs, home cooked protein, and all the elixers and mushroom powders i could find. I have 2 younger boys who are healthy but wanted to ween them off kibble as well. Cooking home meals and buying high end organic meat for all 3 of them just proved to be unsustainable and overwhelming, i wanted to find a better solution. My middle child, ziggy is a pittie with chicken and grain allergies and my youngest, monty is a frenchie mutt with no allergies (that i knew of). Ziggy was eating purina brand sensitive skin and stomach. Even though his skin and coat and overall health seemed very good, I really wanted to find more holistic/natural/balanced food for them. I thought this was my solution, but ziggy's allergies have gotten worse than I have ever seen. He is getting sores around his mouth and hives on his tummy. My first thought was that he might also be allergic to beef as a protein. (Which still might be true) However, monty who has never had allergies has become increasingly itchy and i noticed cracked and yeasty sores around his mouth as well! I'm going to get an allergy panel done but I do have to say that I most likely won't continue to buy this food. Based off how they both reacted, i am concerned. It was a very gradual ween from their old food and I also added anything new into their diets individually so I could take note of what caused any changes or problems. If I continue using honest kitchen I will most likely switch to the turkey or try the fish dehydrated and see how they react to that. But I'm skeptical off the whole industry now.

Picky Eater approved
As a dog trainer I go through A TON or treats and see many types of dog foods. My dog eats food we prepare for her, mostly because of her allergies but also because she’s probably the pickiest dog I’ve ever known. We are about to be traveling in a couple months and I needed to find a kibble that she would eat while being transported since they will not accept premade food.I opened the bag and offered her a piece, as I’ve done with many other bags of kibble. Not only did she immediately gobble it up, she also followed me around while I was trying to find place to store it. We’ve been feeding it to her, some dry and some with her normal premade meals for about 5 days now and she’s STILL excited to eat it! I love this brand but was always hesitant to buy the food since she’s so picky and I hate wasting (not to mention it’s a touch expensive). We may have found our new kibble base! Thank goodness!

In my Opinion the best Dogfood in the USA
I have BIG dogs. Rottweiler, Mastiff and AmStaff. The Rottweiler and the Mastiff are from my Home country in Europe and when i moved them to the US, they had tremendous issues with the food here. The AmStaff has Kidneystones issues and cant have normal food at all. He needed Royal Canin Dog food that reduces the Purin in his food.I went through all different kind of Brands and ended up with Orijen and Acana. And even with those two, my Mastiff started reacting bad to. I started alot of research and realized that in the United States there is almost no Petfood that is human grade. That is completely different in Germany. The dogfood there has to be human grade. So is started cooking for my dogs. I went to goodwill, got me an old Ricecooker and started feeding them different grains, pure chicken, pure fish and a whole bunch of veggies. Thats ALOT of work as you can imagine... so I finally found This brand. And i can tell you: it is a gamechanger. The food smells even for me DELICIOUS! All of my dogs love it. I still mix it with certain vegetables or with some Oats once in a while, but when I can't cook for them, thats what they are getting. Their fur looks and feels amazing, they smell better, they lost a bit of weight in a positive way, their Poop is constantly good (i am a nurse...😁) and even for my Amstaff with special diatary needs thus is a good alternative once in a while. ( i do check his Urin with PH -sticks regularly though). I can also recommend the dehydrated version of the grainfree chicken. I sometimes mix it with grains or pasta since it is not a cheap food. But I can tell you : It is worth every Penny!
