It's too soon to tell if they work, since I've just begun taking them. The capsules are almost too large for me to swallow, but I will persist in using them. They have a good reputation. Here's hoping....

I took these for about 6 months, I thought they gave me a little more energy but I had to quit when I had bloodwork done at a doctor visit and my A1C was pre-diabetic level. I had never had that kind of issue before and did some research and found that D Ribose can affect this. So I think this is a good product, but use with caution. I was only taking 1capsules twice a day. I did quit taking them, and will recheck my blood sugar in a few months.

I have more energy since starting D Ribose. For me the capsule form is easier to take as well as it is more convenient. On a plus side D Ribose is said to be beneficial for cardiac muscle as well.
