Low Carb Pasta, Keto Pasta, Great Low Carb Bread Company ,7g Net Carbs, 12g of Protein, Non GMO, (Elbow, 3 Pack)

I was pleasantly surprised. I tried a different low carb “pasta” and it tasted good, but it gave me painful gas. I was worried that this brandmight do the same-thing but it didn’t. There were some pieces that were a little hard. I took some to a coworker amd she really liked it as well and planned on buying some for herself.

Actually purchased the elbow as well, but LOVE this Rotini. It's pretty close to a wheat pasta in texture (very firm) and is a bit grainy, but honestly holds up very well boiled (boiled the rotini for about 10 minutes). I make a cold marinated summer pasta salad every week. Made about 1/2 the bag (for one person) and as you can see in my picture, when mixed with Artichoke hearts, black olives, spring onions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, parm cheese and rotisserie chicken and the better portion of a Good Seasons Italian dressing cruet, it made a very large portion (enough for 4 decent lunch sized meals for me, so since am eating only an 1/8 of the bag per meal, I'm only intaking 3.5 net grams of carbs (plus additional 4-5 grams of carbs for veggies) per meal. Definitely a game changer for me, since it was really hard having to avoid pasta all of the time. Now I can eat it several meals a week without feeling guilty. Love it! It's not the same taste as classic pasta, but is really not bad tasting. It's pretty bland, so dress it up and then it's just more about getting over the firmer texture. It's a staple in my house now. Made mac-n-cheese with the elbow version and my finicky 20 year old ate half the casserole dish full of it. Didn't care for the spaghetti, but also still need to try to orzo version next. It's expensive, but completely worth it to me, rather than doing without.

I thought it made pretty good macaroni salad!

I’ve bought this before and just finished my old packs which were great! They had texture and a nice taste and cooked up very well holding their shape. There were the right amount of chewy.The new bags I just received seemed off even before I opened them, the bags themselves weren’t the same either, the looked like they weren’t sealed professionally. Then when cooking it up they disintegrated making a nasty paste in the water, I still wanted to taste it though so I could write a thorough review. The taste was horrible, it has a chalky flavor. Can’t do a return either so here I am warning anyone not to buy this product.

Excellent pasta for Keto, I see a lot of reviewssaying it taste like cardboard, really chewy. Scratch the directions. I boiled the elbow macaroni for 20 mins. instead of 10 mins and salted the water. You can also use a broth of your choice. I didn’t because I thought it would be a waste. Don't give up on it, it’s really good!! Oh and I made Mac and Cheese for Thanksgiving and surprisingly my 16 year old loved it matter of fact everything was keto and she loved it.. Pricey, but will buy again!!!!

I have bought these many times and they used to replicate the texture and taste of pasta almost spot on. However, as of this last purchase, cooking the same as always, the texture is definitely different much harder and chewier than the others.I hope they read these reviews and change back to the old recipe/ formula :(
