Seems to work well enough. Hoefully they get a long life (will update)
April 25'Application in an RV to reduce 24V solar battery system down to 12V for standard RV loads.Idle current draw is 11mA @ 24V and 10mA @ 28V.Measured ~95% efficiency @ 2.5A output.Pout (11.99V * 2.5A) / Pin (27.65V * 1.14A) = 95%Wish there were proper specifications, but it seems to operate at 28V, topped off 24V batteries.

Does what it says
After buildinf the enclosure for my 3D printer I was looking at ways to both filter and vent the build. With my first design I ended uo using a 12v high air flow fan, but coming off a 24v board I needed a cheap and easy way to step it down. This did the trick and has been in use for basically the past year.

Converts as Described.
Used this to convert 24v battery system to 12v to run some accessories. Worked as expected. This is nice and small (easy to tuck away) and simple to use (clearly marked terminals)

Voltage issue
The Buck Converter worked fine for a few weeks and then the 12v side would output 17v-20v, which ruined my other components it was connected to.Product was fine until then. Wish I could get a refund but the refund date just passed.
