Amazing ginger flavor
El Guapo Bitters Ginger Syrup is an amazing product if you enjoy the bite of ginger in your drinks. Do you like ginger ale with your adult beverages? Add a little of this to kick it up a notch - amazing. Do you like ginger ale but none of the local ginger ales have the bite that you crave - add this to it. Did you quit sodas and crave something bubbly and tasty? Soda water and this stuff.Tasty stuff.My only complaint is that it's a bit on the pricier side for the amount that needs to be used.Otherwise, if I was a richer man, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this stuff by the case and enjoy it for days.

Great ginger flavor
As a bona fide ginger freak, this is one of the very best gingers I have tasted and I love it. Since ginger can settle an upset stomach, I can take a swig of this very potent ginger flavor without the bother of carbonation and feel better quickly. Could be psychosomatic but if it works.......A very excellent and true ginger flavor

As Advertised...
The product arrived on time and is as precisely advertised. The only shortcoming is that the bottle is plastic instead of glass so it feels a little cheap for the 8.99 price. Clearly, this could just be a business decision to save money but the glass would present much better.

Good ginger flavor for soda water or mixed drinks
A delicious, interesting ginger ale made with this syrup when combined with either club soda or carbonated water from a sodastream or a soda siphon bottle (plain water charged with small C02 "canisters"). Different than any other ginger ale flavor, more bite. Also good for mixed drinks calling for a ginger syrup.

The product is delicious... once the bottle ...
The product is delicious...once the bottle is open. It took forever getting the wax (or whatever it is) off. Giving 4 stars because of the wax closure.

Great stuff for cocktails! !!
First time trying this stuff, and I love it. I use it to make Jack & gingers, just a tiny splash adds a lot of flavor. Also made a dark & stormy with it, takes it to a whole new level.
