Delivered with different faceplates.
We bought 3 of these, all sold by Amazon. One came with a different face plate from the other two. It has small round finials on the face to connect it to the wall bracket. The other two have a face plate that connects with screws at the top and bottom. All of which gives the lights a completely different look. Poor job.

Slim profile. Great look. Standard sized socket so much better than ugly LED bulbs fixtures.
