Just received this set and am very pleased with it. It arrived as scheduled by UPS heavy freight, and there was no damage in shipment. The furniture was very well-packed.The quality of this furniture is surprising considering the price. At $849, including shipping, it is a bargain. I've shopped for solid teak furniture for over a year, both online and in retail stores, and this furniture cost less than half of what it would anywhere else. A phenomenal deal!I am a fine furniture maker and understand old world wood joinery. This furniture arrived completely assembled. ALL joints are done in classic pegged mortise and tennon joinery. There are no screws, bolts, or any other metal hardware except for the hinges on the butterfly legs. The wood is smoothly sanded and ready for teak oil treatment.I finished applying the first coat of teak oil yesterday and the furniture is simply gorgeous. My next door neighbor couldn't believe I intended it to be outdoor furniture. The chairs are solid with beautiful cures. The table's butterfly feature works wonderfully, with the table opening to a perfectly flat and solid surface.I only gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star because there are some significant glue spots that show up once the oil is applied. They don't really detract from the beauty of the furniture but they do give it a bit of a rustic look. With my understanding of how difficult it is to glue up furniture without glue spots, I find these to be perfectly reasonable given the low price of the set.Overall, excellent value and quality with this set!

This 5pc set was offered on sale as an outstanding value. Arrived within a week of order confirmation and delivered by motor carrier attached to a pallet, total weight just over 200#'s. The teak is raw, right from the furniture shop assembly and requires 3 coats of teak oil applied about a week apart. An excellent teak oil is offered as an addition to your order. Pieces are nicely formed and assembled, hinges on the table are stainless steel to eliminate rust. Chairs are comfortable but much more so if optional cushions are included on your order. Also advise the optional cover that extends over all 5 pcs with elastic rim to hold it in place even in my test of 50mph winds.

I was pleased with the purchase and the seller was very professional and accomodating. The reason for the 4 out of 5 rating was that there were a few rough places on the teak that could have used more sanding but I am a perfectionist so I have to overlook those minor details. Overall, I feel the set will serve my purpose very well. I would purchase from this seller again.

Luxurious Grade A appropriately describes this teak dining set. Incredibly beautiful wood, very sturdy construction. With or without cushions, the chairs are comfortable to sit in, and after the initial oil finish, you are ready to entertain. The table is collapsable with attractive wood top. Honestly, cannot say enough good things starting with the delivery truck with a forklift, to easily unpacking assembled furniture, to admiring first rate quality. Better than expected, and excellent quality for the price. Would heartedly recommend!

The price is good, but you compromise for quality - one chair arm fell off upon arrival when I was removing the chair from the packing.Therefore, buy more expensive ones for a long term investment!

We ordered the set and it was delivered within 1 1/2 weeks. Very well wrapped and on a pallet. Everything was in great shape and looked beautiful! Had a little issue with one of the legs being short but they sent out a small shim to even it out right away, they even called me to let me know they were shipping it. It even looks better with teak oil. Looks like it will last a very long time

Quality solid-teak patio set, not flimsy, no assembly required. It wasn't cheap, but it was a good buy... better than the synthetic wood products available at a considerably higher price than the teak patio set. We intend to allow it to weather naturally.

Quality is top notch, heavy weighted, and wonderfully designed. I can't say enough good about this product. I did oil it with Watco Oil to give it extra protection and the patina is lovely.
