The best hard floor cleaner. I don’t like the other brands because they have a roller that never seems to scrub well or dry completely. With two dogs this machine gets heavy use in my house. The only downfall is that with such heavy use, I have to replace every 2-3 years.

Only have used it once so far but really like it. Sprayer doesn’t work at first. Has to prime itself and then works great. Lightweight.

My home is mostly tile floors. Grey with light grey grout. This does a good job. Not great, but good. It does get up the general dirt, although tougher spots should be pretreated. It also doesn't really clean the grout since it sits at a lower elevation than the top of the tile. However, it has GREAT suction for picking up water. The system we have come up with for a good scrub is using soap and our floor scrubber for cleaning, then this machine for sucking up the dirty water and rinsing with clean water. Overall we are happy with this machine although it doesn't "do it all" like we had hoped

I hate mopping and every time I see a new mop I think “man if I had that mop, I’d probably mop more”. And I never do. I used this almost everyday for a week. We had a crawling baby so I felt like I needed to start mopping more. Especially high traffic areas and the kitchen. I’ve done my whole downstairs and it did even use a whole tank of clean water. It dries well enough that I don’t go back and wipe it up. I never thought I’d use it on carpet but then, the week after I got it, a stomach virus hit my 1 year old. We had multiple parts of carpet hit that night and guess what we had for dinner? Spaghetti, yeah...So I got to test it on some carpet and it worked! I’d say the carpet suction wasn’t as good as one of those rental carpet cleaners so it left it a bit wetter than I’d like but at the time I was just glad the sauce wasn’t in my carpet anymore even after waiting until the next morning to try to clean it.

I owned several Hoover floor cleaners in the past, I was fairly pleased with how they performed, NOT THIS ONE!!! It has leaked (or should I say poured out) since Ithe first time I used it. I called the Hoover company and got nowhere, only a run around. Don't bother with hoover, go with the Bissell crosswave, it is a much much better machine and worth the extra money it costs!

Great product! Cleans up my hardwood excellently! I recommend always sweeping first , dog hair does get stuck in the suction spot at timesEdit. Although they are great this is the second one I bought and even with cleaning it every time and storing it dry they dont last. This one just wont turn on at all. First one started rusting on the motor and making a terrible noise as it grinded
