Sadly it has to go back. Won't work with BT SIM.
Not bad at all for the money. Really quite impressed. However I have two sim cards. One Vodafone and one BT. Vodafone worked really well. Not so BT. They use the EE network and in my previous phone everything works fine. But in this phone it was telling me that EE 4g was forbidden and EE 3g whilst I seemed able to connect to it I couldn't make calls or send texts. But 2g for some reason was OK. Tried to sort out the problem myself but gave up.Interestingly on my old phone the sim card is displayed as EE but in this one it comes up as BT - EE.

Just Ok
Pro's:Pretty solid design, rugged form - could survive a bit of abuse in the form of drops and water.Decent size screen and quality - it's not full HD but I knew that, still it's crips and brightCons:Battery is just ok, it's smaller than my other phone which I appreciate but it's slow to charge and runs low during the day, I wouldn't bank on it lasting a full day of heavy use by which I mean checking work emails on the road and making calls not hammering games or movies. Will not install the over the air update despite downloading it and trying 6 times - very frustrating because when yo turn the sound off the speakers still plays audio and the update listed should fix this!!!Sluggish / poor response to fingerprint unlock despite deleting and re-registering several times.Quick out the box but once it downloaded my apps and even with only a couple open it lags at times.Overall: It's ok as a rugged phone and will just about do for using in cases where you're worried about taking out a more expensive phone that could get damaged easily by drops or water / dirt but I will be using this on very few occasions due to frustration with the points highlighted in the cons.

Rugged, responsive, reliable and robust phone
Jonathan Woss and me would both love this phone. I keep dropping my phone- particularly at the end of a night out and cracking the screen. This phone is as tough as nails. The screen is bright, details and very responsive. The dual cameras on the rear are great. For the money it is an excellent value phone. Should hopefully last me a lot longer than me last few phoned.

Faulty product
Had a previous cubot (king kong) I liked it for the long battery life and how tough it was. Although the alarm didn't work properly all the time sometimes it just wouldn't sound until hours later. Got the quest lite figuring the same thing wasn't going to happen again. However on this phone whenever you make a phone call the screen goes blank and stays blank so you can't hang up or even use the phone. Also the volume buttons don't mute the phone properly. Bit of quality control wouldn't go a miss.

Good at first, then a few flaws were found
Seemed a good phone at first, however after a few days use I noticed that there was no gallery for photos I had taken. I spent a good half an hour fiddling with the camera to work out how to zoom in, which was jumpy. I also found that I could not mute any media. The symbol for mute (a line through a music note) showed but sound still came through the speaker. I tried connecting bluetooth headphones on several occasions but the connection made the audio jumpy and unreliable. After such a good start I was pleased with this phone but will now be returning and opting for a lower-end Huawei phone. I just say the battery life was blooming impressive though!

Solid phone
Solid phone. So far so good. Disappointed had no ear phone jack. The ports are covered and awkward but for this price can't complain.
