We use 1.55 thick twine in the heads .
We use the quick fix heads so we can use 1.55 thick twine .seem to do well for what we do.

Very easy to install
Easy to install. Replaced auto feed unit that came with the battery powered Stihl FSA 90 R weed eater.

Over-priced but Very Effective
We have a farm that requires much weed control along fence lines. Weeds range from woody vines to thick grasses. With 0.115 line, my Stihl runs out of gas before the line needs replacement - very effective. If you use Stihl attachments often, installation is easy. If not, see YouTube. As for cost, this attachment is very expensive.

Perfect!!
Comfortable and simple to rewind thread. Its low weight allows to balance the trimmer better. Much more effective if used with the CF3 Pro Trimmer Line

No great advantage
Better off with a standard bump head 25-2. You spend a lot of time changing line in separate pieces
