I think that this is a very satisfying product because it actually worked for me. It was really something that I 100% believed in at first but when before prior to taking these pills I was 224.6 lbs and it has only been a week ever since I started with these pills but now I am feeling better and healthier at 219.33 lbs. I follow the recommended dosage by taking at least 2 pills a day with breakfast like clockwork. So basically I take these pills once a day, every day, and because of that I had started to lose weight way before I was expecting to. My breakfast typically includes a fruit or vegetable shake and that's it, no carbs or unnecessary sugar. I follow an extremely strict regimen when it comes to my meals which basically means I don't eat snacks, haha, but that's pretty much it. I cannot fully emphasize how this product was able to help my chubby self get back on track. Been in and out of dieting. For the life of me I have never ever ever thought that I would ever rely on a diet pill because I have heard nothing but horrendous feedback from people who have tried taking diet pill in lieu of actually exercising like normal people.
