My son has never been diagnosed with autism or ADHD, but he has complained about losing focus in class, and restlessness at night, which makes him feel tired during the day. Day 1, he fell asleep rather quickly after getting settled into bed. Amazing!! The next day he seemed less groggy and out of it upon waking. My 2.5 year old son with ASD grew leaps and bounds coincidentally at the start of taking this vitamin. I couldn’t believe the change. He is listening WAY better, making more eye contact, improving joint attention span a tiny bit, and went from random single words to singing SONGS. He’s been taking it daily for at least a month, maybe longer. Usually new developments come slowly for him but the change in this relatively short amount of time is remarkable. His teachers and therapists have been blown away.My ONLY complaint it I wish it came in a smaller size bc what’s left right now is completely clumped up from the humidity. :( I don’t want to waste it so we have been chipping away at the mass of gunk. Hopefully it’s still as effective.As for the taste, we were so nervous bc he’s been able to taste vitamins before and wouldn’t drink whatever it was in. This for him has been very easy to hide in chocolate almond milk or fruit “smoothies” (we’ve been using a mix of Naked juices) in the morning. Also in water with a squirt of flavoring.

Background info on my Child. My son was diagnosed as level 1 autistic (high functioning) 3 months after he turned three. Two months after that we started this product. We are blessed that he has a very high vocabulary (can name many items) And can sing an abundance of songs (mainly Disney and nursery rymes). He knows his entire alphabet, numbers 1 to 20, and is a master with shapes. Other than identifying things he has difficulty following directions, answering questions, or responding to his name. A lot of problems with “expressive language. ” He can also be a little bit of a picky eater and will often only eat certain foods. He does love bacon though. And a big fan of broccoli, cheese sticks, apples, and carrots.He’s been using this product for about a month and a half and we have noticed improvements. Mainly he has been using more expressive language by saying things like “I want juice” or “I love puppy dog pals”. Which were big improvements for him. He could say those things before, but they were rare, and now it’s on a daily basis. He recently began referring to himself by his own name which he had never done before. I think the product helped. I noticed some Minor improvements within the first week of him taking it.I give him a half teaspoon once a day in about 11 ounces of coconut water. He has no problem drinking. The product has no added flavoring but naturally tastes very slightly like a b complex vitamin. Doesn’t taste bad but is very slightly noticeable. Needs to be shaken up when put in a drink. And it will give the beverage a slightly yellow look.Product fills about half of a container but does come with the amount it’s advertised to.This product is not going to do anything drastic like “cure” your child’s autism. But I do think it helped my child to start to become a better communicator, increase some of his comprehension, and decrease some of his difficulty in listening.I recommend it. 100 percent.I hope this helps some parents. We purchased this product for our grandson who has Autism PPD on the Spectrum. After reading the reviews, we felt like this product maybe helpful for his focus, however after three of the minimum dosage 1/4 teaspoon ( two in one day and one dose on the second day) he was very frustrated, irritable, and was so hyper. This child is never like this, he is gentle and very high functioning. He does need assistance on focusing and keeping him on task, but this morning was a complete disaster. I felt so bad because I hoped this would be helpful to him. Just want to caution parents/grandparents of children with autism, as this may not be right for your child. I learned that not every supplement is suitable for autistic children.
